As I looked for companies, AZTX came up with fantastic reviews, and it was hard not to at least get a quote from them. When going onto the site to get pricing, it was super easy to navigate by picking your day, time, boat (based on #of ppl), and amount of hours you'd like to be on the water. We were planning in advance for Memorial weekend, since it gets busy quickly, and we decided this was the company we wanted to go with. As we got closer to the date, we had some changes in partipants and dates, and Chris, the Owner was so gracious in helping us update our reservation for date and size of boat. He was so helpful and super nice to talk to, he just felt like a friend from day one. I spoke with him a few times, and he was always available and quick to respond. As the day closely arrived, Amanda called to ensure we had everything we needed, confirmed that all paperwork had been filled out, and was super friendly to talk to as well. Day of, Kyle assisted us, and was so awesome. He did a pre-check of the boat with our Cap-i-Tans, and gave them a quick run down of the boat, where there were some places we could go, and even helped us load up the boat and take our drinks boxes as we filled coolers, to the trash. He is also a phenomenal photographer!!! The customer service stood out so much with this company. Our whole crew couldn't stop raving about the day and how much fun we had, the amount of space that as on the boat, the storage for all our extra stuff, and the ease of loading/unloading, getting our float aired up, and connecting music for bluetooth. We will definitely be keeping AZTX at the top of the list!

First off, scheduling and making changes was a breeze thanks to owner Chris. We also had questions and passenger changes and Chris was very friendly and did his best to help us get what we needed. Getting here was easy and the dock is connected to a huge shopping complex so parking was a breeze and in a safe lot. Once we arrived early, Kyle came and introduced himself to us and asked the captains to do a brief boat overview with him. My friend and I both volunteered for captaining duties and we felt comfortable after Kyle's safety talk. We were early but they allowed us to start loading up and getting situated. Once we were loaded up, Kyle gave us a little push off and off we went to open water. The boat was spacious with plenty of seating for our capacity crew. It had plenty of storage so we had plenty of room to walk about the boat. They gave us a map and great recommendations on where to go and anchor. The boat rode smooth and was very user friendly. We linked up to the Bluetooth on board and had great tunes for our entire trip. Once we found our desired hang out spot, we anchored and set up our blow up inflatable ring and hammock that was an add on the price. Worth it if you ask me as we all got in the water and hung out in and around that the entire time. When it was about 30 minutes to return time, we started heading back. The lake is huge so be considerate and give yourself plenty of time to travel. Overall, our second annual boat trip was a big success and a good time was had by all. I would most definitely use this company again in the future!

I pulled forward and noted the parking available to boaters at the boat club. I saw one customer spot and a few employee spots, with 2 open employee spots. The sineage states EMPLOYEES ONLY. I stopped at the back door of Starbucks and the man from the boat rental place immediately stormed out, "Can I help you". I explained I was waiting for the Starbucks man, (a few minutes only), and the Boat company man shouted, "You F*@&%! It all up. He told me to park in the employees only spot, which I did. If I ever decided to become a Boat club member, I'd skip this place. I don't like being verbally attacked by a man like that!

As for the Owner/Capt. - another wonderful person to work with. I joined mid-Dec 2021 (a late Christmas Present to me & my Son) weather has been crazy but soon will change. I look forward to "quality boating memories with my son", as College is just going by too quick. As of this writing; March 2022 yes gas prices are up but - as well as FBC LC maintains their fleet AND got several new boats, if driven at an enjoyable speed, you'll still make Memories at FBC LC with Family and Friends, without breaking the bank. Our captain, Ben, was accommodating, friendly, and made our trip great! He had a three person tube that was so much fun, plus floaties for when we went to hang out at a sandbar. Cooked up some catfish and it was delicious. Chris even gave me tips on how to prepare it. My son had the time of his life and already wants to go back. It wasn't a major damage and they could fix that for less than $100 but they keep telling you that it's something really bad and they need at least $2000 to fix it. They made us feel welcome, they made familiar with the lake. The Bennington pontoon was in perfect shape. The return was also easy with their assistance at the dock!
