Sure, they're constantly on the phone... But every time I go there, there are at least four people helping out behind the front desk. The pool is warm, the curriculum is great, the facilities are superb, you can watch your kiddo take their swim lesson (or if they're young, you can swim with them). The teachers are caring. We've recommended Aqua-Tots to people all over the nation and they all love it, too. Plus there are occasionally nights where you can drop off your child and they can have fun swimming in a supervised environment and you and your significant other can have a date night. The people that run Aqua-Tots are caring, you can miss lessons and bank make-up lessons whenever you need to, and they're very flexible for busy, harried moms. It's a great place and we're thrilled we found it!

I pay $70 a month for four 30 minute group swim lessons. Only once was my son paired with another child for a swim lesson. The other three times we got a private 20 minute lesson for the price of a group lesson because there weren't any other children signed up in that time slot. There is also an annual family registration fee for $35 I believe. They sell goggles, caps, kick boards, towels and suits for a great price. I could find them cheaper anywhere else. All the other swim lesson places charge more than twice as much as Sea Sports and I can't imagine better service.

At most my children have had to share an instructor with one other student but often have the instructors all to themselves. Instruction seems very intimate and individualized. The instructors immediately Established rapport with my children. They waste no time getting straight to skills. You can tell the skills are sequenced and well thought out. My four-year-old with few skills was able to swim across the pool on her own today after only four lessons. All these initial lessons have been focused on recovery and keeping my girls safe in the water. I can't say enough good things about Sea Sports. All the other parents I've talked to there are equally happy about the instruction.

It was touch and go our first encounter but that had nothing to do with swim instructors and more so with the scheduling/admin employee was in the wrong line of customer service, lacked organization, & possibly personality. Suzy has been beyond accommodating to my ever changing work schedule, & to any vacations I decide to take on the fly. While we are scheduled for group sessions often it's solely my eight year old son in the pool for 30 mins. There have been busy (peak) hours which we have experienced and have changed to better accommodate avoidance of a crowd. My son has been doing swimming lessons for 4 years now (our second business for lessons in same pool location), our focus now being relay style lessons to possibly pursue a casual summer swim team. That's also one thing to note also that the pool belongs to the adjoining Scuba/Dive shop. All in all with more consistent help we have continued to enjoy our weekly lessons with Miss Suzy and swimming stages.

This past Sunday, I accidentally ordered the wrong size weight pockets and dropped them a line asking that they please call me, because of my mistake. I received a call the next day, Monday, letting me know that they had already found the weight pockets I needed, even though they weren't listed on their site, and they could have them sent out that same day. Here it is Thursday morning and my weight pockets have arrived, as well as stickers and lollipops. I look forward to purchasing more gear from Woodlands Dive Center in the future.

Beatrix was so sweet and understanding and encouraging, giving us advice about safety and signs to use to signal if there is an issue like leg cramps. She checked our new equipment and gave us advice about them. After two fun lessons, we feel confident in the water thanks to Beatrix.
