I am pretty sure I have found my forever car wash! I decided to try their top notch car wash referred to as the "reflection." I was not disappointed. My car was shiny, top to bottom. Then, once I got out to vacuum, I realized I had all these amenities to use! The tornado air gun was the best. It blew things out of crevices that you just can't reach, which makes for an even cleaner car. The window cleaner for your inside windows. The multipurpose cleaner, carpet fragrance! We noticed the signage on the road advertising a $5 car wash and my car needed one, not so bad that someone could write Wash Me in the dirt, but it could definitely use one. Being a Saturday the line was substantially long but we decided we didn't mind it so we joined the cars heading in. When we reached the pricing sign we saw that $5 was the basic wash and I needed probably the next level up for $10. This would include triple foam, which my car needed. So when we finally got to the machine to purchase our package the car in front of us left their receipt. I continued with my purchase and I followed the directions of leaving my receipt on the dash, I ripped off the receipt that the car before us left behind, not to cause any confusion. We were told to pull forward and 2 employees began prewashing the car and then we were directed forward to the tube. As we moved through the tube we noticed that the brushes weren't really touching my car and we never saw any foam. As the tube was ending the car before me couldn't exit because the cars in front of them weren't moving and so I had to hit my breaks. As we were finally able to exit and drive over to the self service vaccums, which were included in the price we noticed my car want fully rinsed, still had soap on it and it was still dirty. I looked at the receipt from the other car and it was for the Basic wash. After vacuuming I looked at my receipt and noticed with our wash they offered a clean car guarantee. So we went and pulled the car back in line. When we went through again we noticed many differences in the wash. Things that didn't occur and that was when we knew we received the wrong wash. Grabbing a car wash here is pretty simple. There are many options available and the self-service kiosk is easy to use and keeps the flow moving. I arrived on a Wednesday around 3pm, which was perfect because there was no line for the wash and by the time I was done, it was only about 45 minutes total. As I was leaving, it was definitely picking up and there were lines for everything. Try to get there early - I'm sure the waits become crazy! The only downfall, was that I had hoped for them to vacuum out my trunk. I didn't expressly ask, so I'm not sure if it's not usually included in the service. However, they do offer free vacuums, so I added that service myself - very quickly and easily afterwards. First and foremost, it was 11am and two out of the three bug prep stations water buckets were brown and dirty...you couldn't even see the blue tint from the "soap" they used to mix. Secondly, I paid for a $15 wash after I go through the wash and park in a vacuum slot I start to realize a few scratches on my passenger side door, mirror, and window. I get the manager and he saids that it's "impossible" that the wash could have done it because there's no consistency in the scratches, especially if I requested him to retract the brushes for the sides of my car. Thirdly, he didn't even verify if the worker did take brush retract off and none of those scratches were there previously before my wash. I am not a dumb native girl who can't tell the difference from how her car looked before to how it looked after the wash. The manager was chill I guess but he didn't really do anything. He invalidate the fact that it could've been from the wash without even checking if it could have been from the wash. I've gotten my car washed here before and it was ok. Nothing special to be honest. The previous times I got the basic wash so I wasn't expecting much but this time they were advertising the ceramic wash and I thought I would give it a shot. I'm not kidding you when I say that it was pretty much a regular wash. Nothing different from the $10 wash. To add to that, I still had spots left on my car that did not come off. I know it's not always going to be completely spotless but for an extra $15 I would expect something better than what I actually got. Five stars does this place NO justice! I brought my mom's car here to see if they could perform a miracle, and they did that and more! Everyone there was extremely friendly and professional. I walked up to the employees that were cleaning the cars because I wanted to get some information before I drove in and wasted their time. The first person to come up to me was named Alex Felix. I asked him a few questions and he kindly walked me over the the manager Gary who was just as friendly and professional as Alex. I explained that my mom's car needed Jesus, and I hope they could make some what of a difference. The prices were reasonable and the service they delivered exceeded my expectations! I payed for the top of the top full service which gave me a 48 hour guaranteed on a full cleaned car... yet they couldn't even take the time to just pass one towel in the dash board to take the dust off. On top of that, the package brings waxing.. there is chunks of wax like is they didn't even bother to clean in off. He referred me to speak with Carrie - General Manager, on Tuesday, after 11am. 06/26 EDIT: Came to see the General Manager and ignored to acknowledge what damage was made onto my car's side mirrors. Tried to reason with his "21 years in the car wash business" and not being held responsible for the actions caused by his machinery. Continued referring to my car's "scratches" as prior damage and created excuses for the cars that have been washed "what makes yours so special". If you value your investment, your car, I do not recommend taking your car to this facility. A little overpriced for what I would generally pay for a car wash but they certainly offer all the bells and whistles. I purchased one of the more basic washes for $15. I had a lot of love bugs on my car from commuting to and from Brevard County. Other than price, I am giving Car Wash Palace 3 stars for two other reasons. One, the high powered dryers blew a rubber strip straight out between my roof and door frame. My husband and a worker popped it back in but I think the dryers have too much force if they can blow rubber strips completely out of its groove. Two, most love bugs were gone, but maybe were not. A worker ever hand scrubbed the car with a soapy mix before we entered the car wash. I honestly expected better results from a $15 wash. My husband pulled in to us the complimentary vacuums and I scrubbed the remaining bugs off the best I could. read more

I was told upon arrival that a seat shampooing would take between 1-2 hours. After about 1 hour and 45 mins, when I realized that my car had not even been touched yet, I approached the detailer. At this point, he told me he would "try" to get my car ready for me within another hour, but it was not likely. This company is extremely unprofessional. If they knew that my vehicle would take longer to service, they should have informed me. They need to hire more staff so they can actually keep up with the demand. AND they need to hire staff who do not lick their lips excitedly when you provide a call-back number like some sick perverts. I ended up here after doing some shopping in the area I was pleasantly surprised that on Wednesday afternoon the price is only three dollars for an exterior wash! My car looks great and I feel like I saved a lot of money and time by just coming here. They seem to run a tight ship overall but the staff keeping the car is running through with ease. The windshield was still dirty still had bugs on it after we went through the wash so so we went around to get it cleaned again because there's a two day guarantee and they said that we needed to purchase the bug car wash if we wanted the bugs cleaned off!! The girls working today at the pre wash spot were excellent. They really tired their best to get all the love bugs off. Had a special for $30 for a detail so did that as well. They were backed up and a bit slow to turn over cars in the lane I was in but no detail did a good job and a great value for $30 bucks so not complaining. I've always been coming here to get my car cleaned. I came to this location for a cleaning of the exterior and interior of my car. When one of the employees finished cleaning the inside of my car. I went my car to find my cup holder loose. When I put my phone in the cup holder it fell down inside Center console. I complained to the assistant manager as to what happened. He quickly denied that it wasn't the employee and it was "already like that" and it was "pre-existing damage". They didn't want to be responsible of what had happened. I visited this place to get their express detail service. It took over 8 hours. The excuse I was given was Full Service Vacuums take priority and that if I wanted it faster i should have come on a weekday. When I reviewed this place on Google the supposed Owner replied stating to contact them at an email for a refund. Several emails and 2 weeks have passed with absolutely no response. This is the worst place ever. $89 and my seats and carpets are still dirty. The dog nose prints on the inside of the window are still there and 2 days later the seats were still wet. Stay away from this place at all cost. Half the time their wash doesn't even work or you get the cheap wash someone else paid for instated of the full wash and wax you ordered. read more

Wish I can give this place 0 stars. I recently got a car wash at this place and they had opened my gas lid without and let me go through the car wash. I hadn't realized until I got home and could see the the literal crazy from where the lid came off. Called this place 7 times with no response so had to drive 30 minutes to see what was going to happen. Asked to speak to a manager and manager refused to come out and speak and kept sending employees to answer my questions in which they had literally zero knowledge in.
