I didn't wait for a very, very long time and yet when my SUV was presented back to me, it was sparkling clean inside and out.!! the young lady that did the detailing was amazing. She vacuumed and cleaned my mats and she also wiped down all my leather seats in my vehicle, and my windows are so clean and sparkling. Needless to say I am super happy and I will return. Today they were running a special at $42 plus tax where I can come in anytime of the month to get car washes and I do believe she said detailing for 30 days and after the trial period if I decide to keep it, it will be $59.99 plus tax. I purchased a basic wash since my car is otherwise very clean. The wash barely removed any of the droppings. When I asked the manager, Lei, what I should do, she offered to let me go through again and suggested I ask the attendant to pre-spray the hood more heavily. I did exactly that, but the attendant barely sprayed the area, only hit one side of the hood, and just waved me forward. Unsurprisingly, the second wash didn't do much either. I asked twice -- once of the manager and once of a full-service employee -- if I could simply borrow a brush to scrub the droppings off myself. Both told me they had nothing available, which is hard to believe at a location that offers full-service detailing. When I asked about a refund, the manager instead suggested I purchase a more expensive wash package, and claimed it's "normal" for the wash not to remove bird droppings because the Florida heat bakes them on. Again -- the droppings were only hours old. I was a former member here and cancelled because the wash quality was already underwhelming. This visit confirmed that decision. Two trips through the wash, no working solution offered, no refund, just an upsell. This could have been resolved so easily with a pre-spray done properly or a simple brush. Very frustrating, and I won't be back.

Buyers...beware! ________ I reached out to this business by phone on last Sunday to request a quote for removal and replacement of the tint on my back window. I was quoted approximately $130. Because I wanted a more definitive quote, I drove to the business on Friday and was quoted $130 for the standard tint and $180 for ceramic. I scheduled and appointment for today (Sunday) at 9am to have the ceramic tinting done. When I arrived at 8:43am, the first thing I noticed was that the lights were off. Given that the business claims to be open from 8am-5pm seven days a week, I found it odd. However, the closer it got to 9am without anyone coming to the door the more anxious I became. I got out of my car and knocked on the door TWICE before 9am with no answer. So, I began calling the number on the door. The first time, the phone was answered by a male who said "Hello" but who did not respond nor confirm when I asked if I had reached the business in question. The person then hung up and did not answer any of my follow-up calls. I also made several attempts calling secondary number that was printed on a sheet of paper and taped to the door. Again, no answer. At 9:12, I made a final attempt and left a voicemail sharing that I was currently at the business waiting for my scheduled appointment. I said I would wait 5 more minutes. Instead, I waited 8 and left at 9:20am. At 10am, I decided to call again to see if someone would answer. I didn't want to provide a negative review if there was a valid reason for the business not being open and ready to provide service. The phone was answered after a few rings and person provided a pretty insincere 'apology' and shared that he was 'in the back cleaning my car'. That was it. No genuine apology. No reasonable explanation. Just a cavalier and ambivalent attitude regarding the loss of business and poor customer service experience provided. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this business. Today, they have truly earned this 1-star review.
