Went in to notify management and left it at that while we dried off my vehicle. We cleaned up all the screws and was told it's not their responsibility somebody must have left them. I still just wanted to let them know about it. Then an apparent employee came out to us dressed like a regular street person asking me what my problem was. I told him we cleaned up the bay from the nails and screws and he said it's not their responsibility .I spent $8 to wash my car and asked if I could get a few tokens for my next visit . He was rude so I reciprocated telling him to leave us alone. Then another woman came out to start it up all over again and didnt Care one bit about my issue. We were trying to dry our vehicle and leave. I told her the other guy was ride and she started yelling at me, told me to "F- off" and continuously gave me the middle finger as she yelled for me to "F-off". Then the manager came back (Nicki) and said they had a death in the family and they were all upset. Sorry for your loss but doesn't mean you can treat customers that way. I would NEVER go back to that car was again just my review and opinion.

Immediately after, I got out to take photos and inform staff, the gentleman who was operating the switches at the time noted that he was checking out my car and did not notice the very noticeable damage before going through the tunnel. He also stated that this has happened 2 times earlier that day and almost caused a collision the day prior. So they've sent hundreds of cars through knowing there was a safety issue like this?! Should've been the first red flag. After making a claim and driving off, I had a bad feeling about this interaction, fast forward to Tuesday the 23rd and I get an email saying that they have evidence that my vehicle was damaged prior to utilizing their wash... I'm a photographer, and I have security cameras all over my house, I have photos before the wash as well as dash cam footage of the incident happening (including the attendant telling me to keep veering left, where the damage happened). All calls have gone unanswered. The number on the claim leads to an unanswered line and the number for the car wash is answered by another country. This has been the most disgusting and distasteful experience I've ever had with any business.

Not the hands-on detailed service that they promised. I tried to get to the attention of one of the detailers to show them the spots that I was wiping off, but they were working on another car and not paying attention so I just left.
