This is nothing like Motek or Abbale, not even close. From the very first bite, my taste buds (and my expectations) were blown away. We came as a girls' night out, sharing plates and ordering "just one more dish"... and then another. The Truffle Wild Mushrooms Polenta was incredibly rich and silky, deeply earthy without feeling heavy. The Pappardelle Tomato was perfectly cooked, vibrant, and comforting in the best way. And the Cabbage "cacio e peppe"? Unexpected, bold, and absolutely addictive. The raw fish dishes were also a highlight, beautifully sliced, ultra-fresh, and paired with bright citrus, herbs, and crunch that elevated the fish without overpowering it. The grilled fish was crisp on the outside, tender inside, and plated with a smooth, flavorful puree that tied everything together effortlessly. Beyond the food, the atmosphere is a whole vibe. As the night goes on, the lights dim, the music comes on, and it transforms into the perfect setting for a stylish dinner that slowly turns into a fun night out with friends. Chic, warm, and energetic without feeling forced. I left wishing I had more room to try the entire menu, but happily signed up for their VIP rewards program (available to everyone), which basically guarantees my return. Next time, it's another girls' night at Neya, and we're coming hungry. If you love Mediterranean inspired cuisine done with precision, creativity, and soul, Neya is a must.

We walked through the lobby to the restaurant, which is situated overlooking the Haulover inlet (far enough away from the nude beach so your meal is not ruined, LOL!). There is indoor and outdoor seating; both have great views. You can also sit at the bar. The vibe is upscale nautical. The server was great; friendly and just attentive enough! We opted to sit inside as the humidity level was near 100% and there were storm clouds brewing. If you opt to sit inside, bring a cover up as the AC is working very well here! During our meal, the usual afternoon storm arrived and provided a dramatic show, complete with theatrical lightning! We had the ceviche and watermelon feta salad to start. The ceviche was super fresh and beautifully tart. The watermelon on the salad was at peak ripeness! Next, we had the chipotle rubbed shrimp tacos - two tacos with two giant shrimp nestled inside alongside avocado. I did not partake of the cheeseburger, but Larry needed a nap when we got home, so I think it did it's job. The fries that came with it were excellent. I'm not a fan of flan - I dislike the texture - but the taste and presentation were beautiful. The sorbet was a surprising standout. They were out of blood orange, so I was offered mango or lime instead. I have a mango tree that fruits all summer and I am sick of mango at this point, so I opted for lime. It was unbelievably delicious! Tart, creamy even though it's dairy free, absolutely refreshing! In all, Artisan serves basic food executed very well in a beautiful setting with expert service. Well worth it!

Lovely staff all around attentive, warm, and professional. The ambiance inside was on the quieter side and felt a bit stale, with not many people around, but still pleasant. We chose to sit outside for the much nicer view, which definitely elevated the experience. We decided to try the Miami Spice menu, honestly, that's the main reason we picked this spot and it turned out to be a great deal. From appetizers to dessert, everything was enjoyable. While there wasn't a standout "wow" moment with the food, there were no disappointments either just a solid, satisfying lunch. Outside of the Miami Spice pricing, the regular menu does lean on the higher side, so for us, this special menu made it well worth it. Overall, it was a nice afternoon out with good food, great service, and a beautiful view.

It was a little…read moredifficult to find it because it's located on the Mezzanine floor of the building and the first floor is a food court. Once I found the elevator, Kaiju was clearly labeled there tho. The entire bar is dark and has cool red lights all around. We went to the bar to get seated and were led to an open table for our group. Our waiter immediately filled our water glasses and brought the menu. The menu is super cool because each drink is presented as a Pokémon card. There's a lot of info especially on how they compare to classic cocktails. Everything on the menu looked good so my friends and I got a bunch of different drinks. Some of my favorites were the Rodan, Guije, and the pandan drink (I forgot the name). The Michelangelo was also good but a little spirit forward for my taste. I'm excited to come back and try some more of the menu.

This is a fun, trendy bar with delicious drinks and solid service. It's totally worth checking out. First, I love the theming. Kaiju is Japanese for "movie monster." Ever seen Pacific Rim (2013)? The logo looks like a rough outline of Godzilla. The menu is designed to look like Japanese monster (e.g., Pokemon) trading card books. Each cocktail has its own card art, stats, and tasting notes. Neat. And the vibe of the place is like - I don't know - Japanese neon Blade Runner. It's cool. The four of us got a variety of drinks and were welcomed to our table with complimentary shots. I had the Guije cocktail which cost $24 after tax and tip. Yes, that's the one thing about this place - the drinks aren't cheap. Tasting notes: "Guije is a savory, tropical, and funky cocktail featuring Chairman's Reserve Rum spiced with Mojo Criollo, offering hints of bay leaf, pepper and garlic. Along with fresh mango, lime, Maduro, to round out the robust yet tropical flavors." It was strong, refreshing, and fantastic. All of our drinks were presented beautifully too. My wife thought she left her wallet here. The next day, I DMed @bar_kaiju on Instagram and they got back to me in less than a couple hours. Whoever got back to me was responsive and kind. (Luckily, the wallet turned up elsewhere, but their help was appreciated.) Bar Kaiju is located on the 2nd floor (mezzanine level) of the Citadel food hall. It opened in December 2022. I found out after the fact that they were ranked #77 on the "North America's 50 Best Bars" extended list in 2025.

When I came last weekend the vibes were great, it was just extremely packed to the point that everyone was grinding up against each other. Which in that moment I didn't care because I figured it's at capacity and that's normal. Although, I realized when I was leaving the bar that someone had opened my purse and taken my entire wallet. I was bummed because I couldn't continue partying up the night. This led me to message them on Instagram, which was great because they told me to come in and drinks would be on them for the inconvenience. We got to the bar and I spoke with the bouncer and he said to go to the bartenders, that they would direct me to Rensel the bar manager. He was absolutely lovely, provided my friends and I a round of cocktails and told us to look for Sophia for another round. We didn't end up getting another round because we were exhausted from dancing the night away. It was still very nice and accommodating that they did that and we appreciated it. Sophia was very bubbly and attentive as well. Overall, if you are looking for a bar with a disco ball!! This is a cool spot to come to, they have so many different specialty cocktails. They are all delicious and unique! The music is great, the dj really keeps the crowd moving. For parking, there is a lot in the back of the establishment or street parking as well.
