They said they could send someone out to look at the issue and I agreed. Moore's never told me that they'd charge me to have the technician come out and what the rate would have been. It was $160 for the technician to IMOverify what I already knew in 20 minutes. When I pressed the owner about not telling me up front, he told me it's his practice not to mention service call charges and labor charges unless the client asks and that I should have expected to pay. That's bananas, imo. We agreed on $100, and I went with another contractor who told me everything upfront without games.,
