Even the AAP encourages not denying care to unvaccinated children, as that can lead to them receiving no care at all. Further their website claims "Our office is a safe place where you will be heard, and your values respected." This doesn't apply if your values and opinions differ from theirs.

In my appt. the provider used hand sanitizer which was great, however their hands smelled like stale cigerettes and I couldn't get that smell off me the rest of the day! Flash forward a couple months and the office people have bad attitudes on the phone and are not easy to work with. I suggest you stay away from here until they get everything figured out. For being a doctors office, I expect a lot higher professionalism- not a highschool classroom. Sorry if this is negative, I usually am not this picky. This place was just not for me.

Truly outstanding across the board.... From reception, to the nurses, to the doctor, to billing. Every interaction was positive. Dr. Curtis was especially wonderful with both me and my kids. He took the time to make sure they understood their treatment, what was happening, and why. He was so kind, patient, and easy to talk to. Leading up to surgery, the day of, and even afterward, I called at least 10 times with questions. Not once did anyone seem annoyed. Every time, they were helpful, responsive, and happy to answer anything I needed. On the day of surgery, the staff continued to go above and beyond. When my daughter had an issue with gauze getting stuck in her braces, they stepped in immediately to help without hesitation. They even called a few hours after surgery to check on how she was doing, which meant so much. This place deserves more than just this review. I'm so impressed. Dr. Curtis, you've built something truly special. It's rare to find a place with this level of kindness, respect, and professionalism. Thank you for everything.

When I tried to give feedback and ask for better notice--at least a call and email the day before--the receptionist became defensive and rude, telling me I should have called or emailed them instead. The manager, however, was very kind and helpful. The team in the back seems great, but the front desk coordination needs improvement. Poor scheduling and unprofessional attitude made the experience frustrating.
