My mom had the best care and Carol allowed us 24/7 time with our mom - all the while checking in to see if we or, my mom needed anything. There was no hour of the day or night we could not reach Carol or her team. The facility is serene and the setting has a feel of a warm, cozy home. It was a true blessing when needed to find a home, we came across The Willows. It is a small retirement home for adults which is what we were looking for so our dad can be given the much needed personal attention. My siblings and I graciously Thank Mrs. Pinto and Ms. Chin for their thoughtfulness, care and attention. This home is not the typical institution like facility. It is a beautiful B&B style home with a very caring staff and no foul odors. It is a private facility with exceptional amenities all inclusive in the monthly rate. She was kind, caring and extremely efficient in her job duties. We were always thankful and assured good care when she was on duty. The physical therapy team members, especially Joon, worked diligently and compassionately in helping my mother regain strength and mobility. Nurse Alyssa was very patient and caring in administering care to my mother, regularly tending to her bandages and dressing her wounds. Unfortunately, at the time of my mother's stay, Green Hill was understaffed on weekends and holidays. Care on those days was at a minimum.

Being there, one patient died and they blamed each other, another screamed for help nobody went after certain time to find out he felt. My father was there for therapy, they didn't give his medication on time, they give us actitud when we called for help. My father felt and they didn't have a legal paper for an incident report, the supervisor didn't know employees involved last name. this is the worst place to put your family for care. They're not compassionate of caring, staff are not trained to handle patients.
