They've discontinued service providers for basic upkeep and cleaning. Upon bringing my complaints to the front desk this evening, such as the lack of cleanliness that was once a part of this complex has become nonexistent. The bugs and dirt that has overtaken the halls is completely unacceptable. However, while management neglects the upkeep of the property, they are becoming obsessive over minor infractions by the tenants. While they remove the onus of expectations from themselves they point fingers at the occupants. Upon approaching staff today concerning the lowered standards, we were greeted with a nonchalant attitude and pure rudeness and disrespect. The staff member made it clear that he had no care to hear our complaints, he also snarked that we should pick up their slack. It is apparent that the management and staff are not concerned with the wellbeing and living conditions of their tenants. At the least, tenants should be respected and treated accordingly. If you're looking for basic expectations while paying inflated rent prices, this is not the place to be.

There are a few people who truly made this apartment feel like home: Guy Kohavi - Great Maintenance Assistant with amazing communication and an awesome attitude. He was always a pleasure to talk to and work with when finding solutions to normal wear and tear issues. Britnee Scott - Assistant Property Manager with a really positive attitude who was easy to work with. She made living there seamless. Lisa Smith - A very kind front desk representative who always did her absolute best to answer any question I had. If she didn't have the answer immediately, she would do whatever she could to get me one as soon as possible. The entire place is a mess. In the entire time that the apartments have been open we've never had…read moremore than a month at a time where the pool was open. The gates haven't been closed in months at this point. Originally we were to get covered parking and we never got it. The first 3+ years the fitness center was only open during business hours (mon -fri) and those hours change as much as management and the office staff does. Rent increases but nothing gets better. Many units have mold, the weed smoke is atrocious. The parking is horrible. The maintenance has an attitude when heaven forbid there be an after hours emergency of water leaking from a unit. Pest control is supposed to come, it's non-existent. We are now being charged for filters, drip pans, light bulbs, etc. Many units have unverified adults living there that aren't on the lease and the office doesn't seem to care. Dog owners let their dogs poop anywhere and many let their dogs go without leashes. Pool was to be opened in June this year after repairs and have no pool at all last year and its still not open at the end of July. There are supposed to be weekly resident events/activities and we do good to get a sheet of paper with a couple notes on it once every couple of months as the only communication from the office. Go elsewhere, even if rent here is cheaper... you will regret it.
