I could have had a New York City apartment owner keep better care of the course. next we were shown a reasonable price online for 3 players. we were then charged a ridiculous amount Of money that did not add up to the website price. for a beginner golfing the lady who supplied our experience was not helpful yelled at me for not knowing exact rules in person. ridiculous and not giving my business here.

It gave me time to work with him on things and not have to rush the pace of play. Greens were pretty good. Fairways do have clover, but don't really hinder play that I noticed. Would play here again. Just don't expect a championship type/level course because this won't be it. It's a good course to start on though to get some experience in if your just starting out or are an intermediate player.

The place is huge and clean. People are constantly mowing their greens, the trees are pruned well. The greens are ok, their 9 holes was quite easy to complete for it's not that crowded. The staff were friendly. Got good deals , free 2 golf cart use because we have to spent playing with a birthday celebrant plus with a free large bucket of golf balls to hit in the driving range. You don't find that in NY metro / Tri state .. A decent golf course with excellent deals and staff..Your own time, what more to ask, right? Just…read moreafter starting our back nine the club house afternoon manager accused our group of not paying. We stopped play and followed him back to the club house. I showed him my receipt which he thew back at me. He then accused me of not returning all my rental clubs. Luckily I took a picture of the clubs and could show I had them all. When he realized he was wrong he yelled at us, and called the park police. I'm sure we are not the typical lay down and take it crowd but I have never seen a man so angry before. Recommend you steer clear of this place if other places are available.

The course itself is a fun little course with some great holes and a fun layout. The reason I avoid going here though unless I can't get a tee time anywhere else is due to the staff. I never feel as though I am treated as if I'm even wanted there. The lady at the front desk most times I have gone was nothing short of extremely rude. She gave me a hard time about not making a tee time ahead when I had already called and they said they were not busy at all. There was no crowd, but yet she still found a reason to give me a hard time. The starter out by the first tee also had no idea what was going on. As a single golfer he let a twosome out in front of me and they held me up the entire time. Unfortunately a decently nice course was ruined by the staff's unfriendly treatment. Usually avoid golfing here unless it is the only place open.
