Trying to get ahold of a staff member at the office is almost impossible. Just an FYI if you move…read morehere and they offer the option to have a party in the clubhouse attached to the office... DON'T! They will tell you that a fee will get added to your rent to pay and if the room is left "clean" they will refund a portion but they will lie and tell you the room was dirty to keep the refund. They also expect you to reach out to them after the party to request the refund but keep in my mind that they are beyond unprofessional and won't answer you during business hours. You'll have to leave a voice message and then no one gets back to you. They will not tell you how long you have to reach out for the refund and expect you to keep pausing your life/responsibilities to call them. It is unbelievable that office that they owe you money is asking for you to remind them. Ridiculous. Lying in general doesn't look very good with any business. The current office manager (Samantha) needs to look into a better way to ensure this isn't a problem in the future for anyone else & classes on professionalism. We personally won't be using the clubhouse again.

I called the office and Angela the park manager stated notices had been taped to our front door on 12.31.2018. I did not receive this notice. I have received all the rent notices going back to 2005 taped on my door, but not this one. Amazing huh!!!!! My tounge was sawed off and taken. Angela said my tounge was under my home. No place in my contract states the mobile home park has the right to alter my home. Do not move here if you value your property. I am not the only one this has happened to. Angela stated the order came from the owner and the reasoning being the children in the park were being injured. The police department stated they had received zero calls about children being injured. Besides I rent thisd property and no children have the right to play in my yard.
