We got the two hour pass ($25 per person, same price for an adult and a child; they do give a military discount a few dollars). Everyone is issued a life vest. There is a small shaded area with chairs and one can rent a cabana. People can watch for free (no entrance fee for people who do not go in water). The park is on a large pond, a good size with various slides, tunnels, swings, obstacles, etc.) No restrooms with running water, portable toilets only. The kids had a blast and the two hours was plenty of time to make them exhausted.

I was a little disappointed that our membership to the Kansas City Zoo wasn't a 1:1 reciprocal, but we did get a small discount on tickets which was nice. The zoo is a good size and has a train, a farm area, and tons of animals from all over the world. We were there for maybe 2 hours and I feel like we definitely did not see it all. Overall, it feels like a fairly standard zoo, I thought the gift shop was a bit expensive for what it was, but the zoo was clean, the animals seemed well cared for, and we had a good time.

First off, we spent 300 on a party room that includes an employee attendant helping. We show up and it was chaos. We had little guidance and then when we finally found someone to help us, she too is to the deck which was not what we paid for she finally took us to our private room. After seeing the room was away from the jumping area we asked to move to the deck. They refused saying it's cheaper at the deck and they can't refund us money. I asked for a manager and that did nothing. All the staff were young teenagers that should not be in charge. We eventually went to the party room and never saw the employee again. The popcorn was burnt and no utensils. I finally went and asked for support and utensils and that did nothing. No one ever came. I asked for a manager again, what was again just a lead(teenager) who refunded 40 dollars. He said that's the price for the employee that is supposed to help. I explained i needed everything refunded but the amount of the kids jump. He said he can't. I kept asking for whoever was in charge and no one was ever able to help me. They gave me peaches, the general managers name and email. I emailed her and called and no response. My other concern is there was a flea market going on in the main area. One of the kids attending our party was lost and they had nothing in place for "code Adam". There was so many areas for something bad to happen with the kiddos and no one (adult) to oversee. It was concerning and disappointing. We will not return.

After 10 minutes of pleading peaches did only charge me the $230. It was not easy however. I paid extra for a party room, which was so far away. It was so far away that you had to go past the sign that says "do not enter". Wth.... The room was so small. It was a party for 15, and they only set places for 10. They were late bringing all the things, and peaches was rude after I insisted on the price we agreed on. The rest of the staff was very friendly. The facility is very nice and clean and worth going to if it's not an "organized" party.

All the owners seem very friendly,…read morethere was tables and benches for us humans to sit down, and there is watering stations but because it is still "winter" the water hasn't turned on yet(but people were bringing gallons of water for everyone to share). The only thing I would recommend is don't come at sunset, or on a windy day. There aren't very many trees, so the sun is right in your eyes and if its windy the dust likes to blow right in your face. Other than those uncontrollable things I love this park and will be coming back :)
