He blamed the manufacturer and asked me to complain directly to them. Wait what ?? I bought from Migaloo not from the manufacturer. He is not trustable. He stopped responding and NEVER provided me a feedback without i need to force him to answer. Joey came one day to service our pool and I told him to be careful because there was a black snake in our backyard. Joey caught the snake, put it in a 5 gallon bucket and removed it from our yard. We then had to replace our pool pump which he did the same day. He found out that Jandy was offering a newly updated controllers, and on his own, he reached out to them and explained that he had just done an intstall of a Jandy pump 2 weeks before the new controllers came out and they gave it to him.
