Greatly dissapointed in this company that has been good to me in past. Storm blew down a very large limb on Tuesday evening. I called early Wednesday morning and was told they would be in my area Thursday and take care of it. No show or call on Thursday. I had to leave a voicemail message at 11:45 AM asking for an update status. No return call on Thursday or Friday. As a sales manager my customer service people were to give customers a prompt answer to requests and to be honest wether the answer was what the custome wanted to hear or not. Well I didn't hire them somebody else did however they pulled up next to my car with a wood chipper and started Chippingwood with the debris flying all over my car and then when I asked him to move, they told me why don't you move your car back, I would have to back my car out over all the wood chips and debris that were small they were very big, i said you should've asked me to do that before you pulled up and started trimming all the trees and throwing wood in the wood chipper which was 4 inches from my vehicle...they gave me some Choice four letter words in response and that's when I called the company and they didn't really seem to care they told me that too bad that they walk the site and everything seemed fine , well I already cleaned off my vehicle at that point and was trying to clean up the sidewalk, and then my little grandson tripped over some of the debris and banged his head his wrist and fell on the ground .. and the owner of the company told me you know what too bad and then I of course had to hang up I told him I would be yelping .. he called me back a few minutes later and threatened me he was the owner of this tree service.. I had to block him...him I don't want to sue them or nothing like that so I don't know why they're getting so crazy but when you got people out there chopping wood around cars and other vehicles in the debris is spraying everywhere that's bad business.... Headed busted a window or something in my vehicle that I would've been stuck filing a claim I would've had to come up with $1000 deductible I would've been thoroughly inconvenienced and they didn't seem to see it that way it was all good with them read more

Thank goodness that late fall is here and the leaves are falling. Now I don't have to look at the 30X30 patch of my backyard that was completely ruined by Watson Tree Service. Those guys are great at taking down trees but never let them repair your lawn when they are done . . . it looks like a cow pasture . . . and weeds like you cannot imagine. I thought things would be great when they agreed to redo their work last spring . . . oh my! The second time was worse than the first! A complaint to the Better Business Bureau was uneventful because Watson is not affiliate with the BBB. They told me the reason they weren't was because the BBB normally sided with the customer. Now isn't that a unique thought "The customer is always right." Watson refused to even come and see the results of their "repair." There are lots of good companies in the South Bend area . . . don't waste your time with a company that refuses to make things right! read more
