I sent messages on Yelp to a few computer repair places for a quote, but ended up choosing Watt Computer Repair because Dory's message was friendly, explained what the likely problem was, and gave a very reasonable quote for fixing the damaged part of my laptop rather than jumping immediately to replacing parts. I don't want to be too specific about prices since I know they could be drastically different depending on your machine and the issue, but the quote was the lowest out of all the ones I got. Unfortunately there ended up being more parts damaged than initially anticipated, but Dory did everything he could to keep the cost from being too high and to fix it quickly.
