I wish I could give this place negative stars. I called in advance LAST WEEK to confirm the notary would be available for specific documents. I explained the documents to the gentleman I spoke to, and he stated everything would be fine and our documents would be expedited accordingly. Fast forward to today, 10/13/25, my family and I go in to get said documents notarized just to find out from the absolutely rude staff, that their bond doesn't cover what we needed documented. (Btw, the bonded part is false. She, the staff, had no idea what she was talking about.) What kills me about this beyond anything is the fact the young blonde lady on staff was ABSOLUTELY rude and dismissive. Apparently, customer service is a fallacy at this business, and their staff feels they can treat customers like trash. Here's an idea, why don't all the staff get on the same page so there's no variation on what can and can't be notarized. Absolutely terrible experience. This place is the worst, there's no customer service at all they make you feel like you're a burden and you're just wasting their time. I went with my wife after buying a vehicle to get title transferred into our name and get the plates. They were asking over $800 to do that, that's crazy. It was only $400 at the DMV. When I called them to ask the pricing, they told me they cannot discuss pricing over the phone. The young girl working there was extremely rude. Last year I also went there to cash a check and they told me they couldn't do it because I already signed the check before getting there and they didn't watch me do it. read more

Scary! Cashier barely speaks English and overcharges for everything. She charged me $366 to transfer the title and plates to give a car to a friend. That's a $145 "convenience" fee! Outrageous! I registered my car there two months ago, they gave me a temporary plates and said the formal one would arrive to me in about 5 weeks. I've been waiting for near two months with nothing comes. So I called they just now, they do find my plates, saying that I can come to get it. After I explained that they agreed to mail to me and I've already been charged for this. They agreed to mail it today. I guess there is a management problem. But as far as I know, the one talking to me on the phone is nice enough. read more

This experience was so unpleasant, I don't expect the currency exchange to be fun, but I also don't expect the attendant to ignore me for 5 minutes and then throw my paper back at me when I was missing a digit. When it was my turn, the dark haired middle aged woman behind the counter was beyond rude and unprofessional. I visited this currency exchange to obtain a notarized signature in order to open up a small business in my town and the young woman (about 20ish) behind the counter kept talking to her coworker and made me wait 10 minutes. Very rude. If i was her manager, i would have gave her a piece of my mind. They need to improve their customer service. If that were me, i would of made this transaction within 3 minutes instead of yapping away in a different language about a bunch of nothing. I was even respectful enough to say "thank you" in her language and she did not acknowledge that. I would not recommend this place. They need to fine tune their people skills. Disgusted. read more

Been there a few times, in the past it was as the other poster said, though I didn't have issues. Just long wait, service was blah. But now it's under a new owner and they have fixed the place up, their service is much faster, and I've been very happy when I have had to get things done there. read more

Do not go here the older Mexican is rude and doesn't know what she's doing I came in to exchange foreign currency on a Sunday and she said I had to come during the week so I said okay and she asked to look at the money and once again said come during the week so I did and before I came I called and asked about it and she was rude and said I told you already. These people are thief's and liars i went in to get a title change and plates and the lady stated it would be $330.00 i said y so much she said that's the charge and i said i thought is was like $150 she said no its $330.00 then she went on to say that at the secretary of state it was $270.00 which is completely false i went to the secretary of state and it was only $225.00 in total so one these ladies are pocketing money or to the owner is a crook for charging over $100 more then the secretary of state stay away from this place!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

I went to the currency exchange to exchange our change for cash. I handed the lady a big bag of change and she gave me 16$. I understand that it was a 10% fee but I received 16$ exactly. I don't believe that all the change we gave would be exactly $16.00 with nothing left over. The workers robbed me and are not trustworthy. read more
