Drove 20 minutes to find out they didn't have euros and the lady working the counter was not nice at all

I came into this location to renew my registration for my vehicle. I am autistic. I walk around with headphones on most of the time to help me deal with the constant sensory over stimulation. The woman behind the counter had a crappy attitude from the beginning, but I tend not to let other people's disposition affect the way that I show up. When she told me the price, I had asked her to repeat it, and in a very condescending tone with a company in condescending pantomime gestures, she says "if you could take off your headphones, so you could hear me" to which I responded "I am autistic. I use the headphones to help me deal with the constant sensory stimulation that I get and I can hear you just fine. I have a condition called auditory processing disorder which means that sometimes I only hear the shape of what's being said and it takes me a while to figure it out even when I can hear perfectly fine.". She then just pointed at a sign (one of many posted around) -- again super condescending nature and said "it's on the sign". " I don't need your condescending bullshit and trying to talk over me as rude. An apology would be nice." "... I didn't do anything wrong" " yes you did. You were rude and condescending. Are you refusing to apologize?" At that point, she walked away and ignored me. No one owes anybody an apology I want that to be clear. I do not expect for rude. Assholes to recognize that they're being rude. Assholes. Her bullshit assumptions about me and why I had asked her for clarification, she's free to make . She is free to be a shitty a person as she wants to be. I'm just surprised that someone would continue to employ her given how shitty her behavior is. I asked her if she was refusing to issue an apology because I wanted to give her a chance to demonstrate that she can behave in ways other than What one would expect from an entitled piece of crap she chose to double down on being shitty. I feel sorry for her family. I had one interaction with her. They are stuck with someone in their lives who gaslights, dismisses and refuses to take accountability. I hope her cold bitterness provides her comfort when she realizes that she's successfully alienated anyone who could show her genuine compassion because of her petty bullshit nature. read more

The girl with blue hair was rude and had no intentions helping me. I could have projected that from the second I met her that her attitude was the problem. I was trying to get my title for my car transferred and all she told me was that she couldn't do it because the title was signed by the son who inherited the car. Came in to get my plate sticker. Not even a minute later I go to my car to put it on the plate and the sticker cracks in half. Walked back in and was rudely told "we told you no replacements" well great I have a ripped in half plate sticker that has no stick to it. Rude workers. The lady refused to help me send money to my father in Mexico. She just called me a Bitc! My father was on speaker phone. She stated he can tell you and you can tell me. I said Mexico, Moriela Michoacán. My name number address, his name number. STILL not enough even though she pulled up the account I was trying to get the village name on speaker... She kept pacing back in forth to the back away from the glass wall. So on speaker phone on a medium level lol with a Hispanic accent she heard what she WANTED to hear. She ran up to the glass and accourding to corporate she said in a soft voice, "if your going to call me a bit(h...your a bit(h and you need to leave." The man and the older lady in her 60s dalt and pepper hair would not give me a corporate number or their names. Holly rasict place!! I HAVE NEVER BEEN VERBALLY ASSULTED TRYING TO PAY FOR ANYTHING. HERE IS THE CORPORATE RESPONSE. FYI you can't call they hang up on you! They won't even answer beacuse they don't have to deal with it in person. I have now researched your complaints dated 02/02, 02/03 and 02/05 and have watched the video recording of the transaction in question. Our cashier doesn't work at that location normally so any reviews you may have seen, good or bad, do not pertain to her. What I have found is that she repeatedly asked you for information needed to send the Western Union transaction and you couldn't supply it. She stated that she was not allowed to provide it to you and that your recipient could give it to you and you could then relay the information to her. You have claimed that she called you a "bitch" of which I see no evidence. She did state that if you thought she was a "bitch" then you could send your money elsewhere. She overheard the person on your speakerphone say she was being a "bitch. I have spoken to her about this and told her that any use of that language is forbidden. You also stated she told you "get the F--K out of the store". She absolutely did not say that. You are the only one who used that word. You continue to say that you were verbally assaulted and attacked by her which also did not happen. Not once during your entire time there did she even raise her voice, however you did. There are claims in your emails and your phone message to me that are fabricated and incorrect. I am not going to address any more of them. **** The only thing I can agree with you is that you called this office but were repeatedly disconnected. I apologize for that but we were having difficultes with our telephone system that day. Two of the people who would normally answer said they did in fact see your name come up on caller ID but it would immediately disconnect. As far as we are concerned, this matter is closed. An ugly necessity in the community.... the Currency Exchange... I try to get my license plate renewed early and do it through the mail but Nooooo... I need to get an Emissions Test. Well I passed that, like a boss, and now I am late getting my plates renewed. To Gigi, who made the snide remark.....I found out a couple of months ago that there were several complaints about the employee that waited on me and she has since been released from employment for lack of customer skills.
