I think the weather team is the best in the area. I've grown up in louisville and I've watched all the channels and something about wdrb has always made me feel they are the best place to get your local news. There was a story about Matt Bevin allegedly getting special amenities in jail (I won't even start on why he's in jail, which is a farce). The report stated that he may have had Texas Roadhouse carry out, a cell phone, and a vape pen delivered to him. However, after they watched the videos at the jail, and questioned officers on duty there was no video or any other evidence of him receiving any of this, and the officer that supposedly delivered this to Matt isn't currently in town. So no proof of any of this. Leading to the fact that they reported a rumor that did not pan out - THAT'S NOT NEWS. News should be factual, not rumors that didn't pan out. Why even share this? Makes no sense to me. Basically you reported gossip. You should be embarrassed.

Three days later a different contracting company shows up and installs everything without a problem. Neither contractor brought the equipment I asked for and I had to have 3 more visits to finally get set up. The Insight customer service is ok, but the phone tech support is lacking when it came to troubleshooting why I wasn't receiving certain channels on my TIVO. It ended up being their fault but it took a week for them to find the error, and another home visit.
