Neither contractor brought the equipment I asked for and I had to have 3 more visits to finally get set up. The Insight customer service is ok, but the phone tech support is lacking when it came to troubleshooting why I wasn't receiving certain channels on my TIVO. It ended up being their fault but it took a week for them to find the error, and another home visit.
