After calling him, he was responsive in getting me a quote. Although it took about a month until he had availability to do the job, once it came time to do the job, he was professional and very communicative. A joy to work with as a contractor. He also got a permit and did everything by the book and had very reasonable pricing. In my case, I had a 220 line he had to run and a small outside light to install. All in all, I'm very happy with his work. He does residential jobs on the side to teach his son the trade, so his availabilty might be limited, but if you're looking for electrical work in the Falls, I definitely recommend giving him a call and seeing if he can help you out. #ServiceStarShoutOut

( Yet...)…read more As a technician from downstream of the electricity services he provides, I felt he understood not only his trade, but how electricity actually works. He made a couple calls and got back to me even when he realized an electrician was not my solution. Told me how he could help, but also informed me of the things that could make his efforts wasted. Something I know, from experience, that others count on for repeat business. A customer service quality/value I haven't experienced in too long. Can't PAY, for that! When I need an electrician, I WILL call Mark. No idea what he charges!

I would not recommend this company based on my experience…read more They came to my house on June 4, charged me $225, and did not fix the issue. Before leaving, they told me I would have a repair quote within a few days. Nearly a month later, I'm still waiting. My ceiling has a hole in it because I'm waiting on what should have been a simple estimate. I've called multiple times to follow up, and every time I get a different excuse as to why the quote hasn't been completed. Unfortunately, there has been no communication, no follow-through, and no resolution. I understand that delays can happen, but keeping a customer waiting for weeks after charging for a service call is unacceptable. At this point, I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of responsiveness and professionalism.
