I waited about 10 - 15 minutes after signing in on their kiosk for them to call me up and say "did you get a call?" so I say, no I did not. Receptionist then went on to say I'm not covered, so I said well I was told to come in if I did not receive a call, so here I am ... the woman knew I did not get a call because she said so .. they really just wanted the extra business and wanted me to pay 75.
