I have been coming to Dr Sinagra since 2014. The type of care he offers is Chicopratic and wellness services. He also has an acupuncturist and massage therapy available on site. Dr Singara have done wonders for me ,my family and friends. Let's start with the office manager Denise. The most kindest, funniest women I know. Very helpful and to the point . Dr Sinagra. There is so much to say about him. His expertise in Chicopractic services is amazing. This Dr adjusts parts of your body that you never thought needed to be adjusted. That's totally unheard of for me. He is not that that average Dr. He is very compassionate, funny down to earth. Listen to your every need. He is very persistent when it comes to your health. He really cares. He wants to get down to the root cause of your problems. These are some of the qualities I love about Dr Sinagra. Very knowledgeable and can teach you a lot about health and yourself. He now has a number of programs to help with a huge list of common health issues. And proposed "plan" which was not specific was going to be $3,600 for the 12 week plan. They try to get a down payment at the "free consultation" and/or try to open a credit card to charge the "plan". So, essentially I paid $350 for a blood test script. Even the phlebotomist knew such an extensive work up was from him. Not a good sign! It's awful to think people like this are out there preying on people that are sick and in pain.

My last interaction with Body & Spine occurred last week after sending a demand letter, regarding…read morethe events of my previous review here on Yelp. Unlike Dr. Roth, I value transparency, so I am going to give an update of why I am back dealing with Body and Spine Solutions after three years. ----- I wrote a review on Yelp a few years ago and had contemplated taking legal action against Body & Spine Solution at that time. However, I was in the process of moving to Massachusetts and pursuing a law degree. It was not the right time to be involved in litigation and the monetary amount didn't justify me traveling to a state I no longer resided in to bring legal action. Since I posted my review, I have had numerous people private message me with similar and even worse stories than mine. The common theme amongst these individuals is that Dr. Roth materially misrepresents himself and his program. One message in particular, from a former employee, prompted me to take action now, even though three years have gone by. The former employee's message not only collaborates with my own experience but also calls into question the safety of the "medical devices" he uses within his practice. Claims that Dr. Roth has made (to me personally) that are unfounded included: "the programs as scientifically proven," "The programs are medically supervised" "The programs are FDA approved" "The programs are 100% safe" as well as several other claims about his experience in certain areas. During litigation, I will be requesting documentation relating to the machines used in treatment. Specifically, I will be asking: 1-Where he purchased the machines from 2-When was the last time they were inspected 3-Are they FDA approved 4-Have the been proven to be safe At the end of litigation, win or lose, I will ask the court for the transcript of these proceedings. I suspect that I will ultimately spend more money on court fees than any possible award, but I will take satisfaction in compelling Dr. Roth to answer the questions that many of his patients have, while under oath. I suspect that he will not be able to produce documentation proving the safety of the machines he uses. I suspect they haven't been inspected. I suspect they were not purchased from a reputable source. I KNOW that he made false claims about his expertise in several medical disorders. I KNOW that he gave dangerous advice to me personal, that could have caused great physical harm. I KNOW, that he offered me a $1,000 refund in exchange for me taking down my review. I KNOW that I tried to settle this conflict by means of injunctive relief; specifically, I requested that he had a disclaimer on all written materials that one should seek the consultation of a medical doctor before starting any health program and the advice given is not FDA approved and does not constitute medical advice. I hope to prove to the court and potential patients, what I know to be true and during the discovery process be able to obtain evidence of what I have reasonable reason to believe to be true. My goal is to protect future and current patients, and will. I agreed to accept Dr. Roth's original partial refund of $1,000 and to delete my original review AFTER he placed a disclaimer on his webpage and facebook and signed a contract promising to place said disclaimer on all written materials. I will still honor that deal. Forget the monetary reward; I don't even think he'll even make the disclaimer. Ask yourself, why would someone who claims to be honest and transparent be unwilling to make a disclaimer about their non-FDA approved program and urge their patients (who they claim to care about) to seek medical clearance before engaging in their health program. I'm going to get those answers.

I said my husband was a patient there. I explained I had a back issue. She kept interrupting saying she didn't understand why I was calling. Which, immediately made me feel uncomfortable. I'm seeking treatment because I'm in pain and a little kindness goes a long way. I said I would like to make an appointment. She said for chiropractic you don't need a prescription. I said I can't and wouldn't see a chiropractor for my diagnosis. She then went into what I already knew. She said you need a prescription for physical therapy first, then she could make my appointment. I then asked how does your physical therapy work, because there is not a lot of one on one time. She again was confused, these were her words. Not mean. I heard this place was so great and different. Even your website touts that. Well since my husband was last here which was a few years ago, I goes they are nothing more than the usual meat market all of these other places have become. I did some research to find out more about the doctor prior to making the appointment. It turns out, Dr Vinci had been the team chiropractor and sports medicine guy for the Islanders. Perfect...he would understand the injury as well as what my son needs to be able to do to get back to playing as soon as possible. I called for an appointment and was given a link to his web site where I could download forms to fill out prior to the visit. This definitely helped cut down on the time spent in the office filling out paper work. Since it was our first visit he was not able to see us that day however, he did ask if it was an emergency. If it was, he would get us in. We opted to wait for the first available day to allow for a full initially consultation...which was just in 2 days. When we arrived at his his office, the parking area is small, and can only accommodate about 6 cars comfortably...but since it doesn't appear that he overbooks, that should not be an issue. The receptionist was friendly and took care of some additionally paperwork, and promptly got us into the consultation room. We waited there about 5 minutes before Dr. Vinci walked in and introduced himself. Immediately we felt comfortable with him. He asked my son and I questions regarding how and when the injury occurred. He was very patient in explaining the injury to us and answered all of our question. After the consultation he wanted to examine my son. Dr Vinci made my son fell very comfortable with how he addressed him and made him feel part of the process, explaining what he was doing and why he was doing it. We walked away with a better understanding of what the injury was and what was causing the pain. It's rare to find a medical professional these days that make you feel confident in their abilities, and more rare to find one that you feel really cares. We got that from Dr Vinci.
