I had the opportunity to use Waverly for the first time today and it was a wonderful experience! I needed a round trip to and from Queens, NY. I spoke to Lilly on the phone (I believe she is the owner) and she was helpful and very courteous. The driver, Augustin, arrived on time and was professional and friendly. He drove expertly, the ride was smooth and I enjoyed talking to him. I am partially disabled with weakness in my legs due to contracting Covid last year. Augustin was very kind in helping me in and out of the car and back on my rollator. When I was finished with my business in the city and called Augustin, he arrived in 5 minutes. The return trip was quick and smooth and the price reasonable. I will DEFINITELY use this service again when I need a ride! read more

I used Waverly twice in the last week and received amazing service. Not only did my drive show up earlier than requested, but made sure to drive the fastest route and get me to the airport or home the most comfortable way possible. I dealt with extreme delays and cancelations coming home, which resulted in my flight being changed three times. Lilly went above and beyond to make sure I knew I would have a driver waiting for me. Getting stuck in the airport for around 20 hours was miserable, but knowing I had a ride home was a big relief. When I called this year to make my reservation, they remembered me from the year before, immediately struck up a conversation about the marathon, wished me good luck. Used Waverly for transportation to and from airport. Lilly was efficient and so friendly on the phone. Going to JFK was uneventful, but the pickup was extraordinary. I missed my connection due to issues in the originating city, was re-booked to LGA (which was a mess due to really bad weather), then detoured to Syracuse(!) for refueling, finally landing at LGA after 2 am. I kept in touch with Waverly, and they were there to pick me up. Will definitely use them again, and will recommend to my friends. read more
