The Gazebo outside is perfect for pictures and we enjoyed the outdoor space far better than the interior. Additionally the bathrooms did not supply enough toilet paper, and staff was reluctant to respond to our request to replenish them. After the event we were rushed to vacate the premises.

Gary allowed me to change part of a ceremony to omit some wording that didn't apply to us. I picked the elopement package but I really wanted a cake. Gary and Marti were able to accommodate my request. Before the actual wedding Gary sat down with me and my now husband. He explained everything about the marriage license (which he sent off for us), marriage certificate and pictures. He really made us feel comfortable. Marti took some amazing photos. It rained on our wedding but the photos are still gorgeous. There is a covered patio so it didnt ruins the day. One of my favorite pictures is us outside under an umbrella. It's so adorable. Marti was super sweet even with my new mother in law who for some reason kept barking commands about photos and packaging the cake. From the moment our server introduced himself, he appeared overwhelmed and distracted. We understand it was Magical Dining season and restaurants are busier than usual, so we tried to be patient and understanding throughout the evening. After placing our drink order, it took some time for the drinks to arrive, but since we weren't in any rush, this wasn't an issue. In fact, the drinks were excellent and were one of the few highlights of the evening. We ordered the meatballs and Caesar salad as appetizers. Surprisingly, they arrived only a few minutes after ordering, which may explain why the quality was lacking. The meatballs were only room temperature and not particularly tender, while the Caesar salad was wilted. For our entrees, I ordered the Fettuccine Al Aragosta e Gamberi and my husband ordered the Ravioli della Casa. The meals arrived just 5 to 7 minutes after ordering. Although the plates themselves were hot, the food was barely warm. The ravioli had decent flavor, but the fettuccine was completely tasteless. Overall, we were left with the impression that the food was not freshly prepared. What was equally disappointing was the lack of service. Throughout the meal, our server never checked on us to ask whether everything was satisfactory or if we needed anything. We were never offered another round of drinks. To make matters worse, when he cleared our table to bring the dessert menu, he took my drink even though I had not finished it. He then offered to bring me a "half drink" as a replacement, which was confusing and inappropriate. The disorganization of meeting to do final planning and final pricing was just the start of our disappointment. They have a policy of paying all fees 60 days before the event which is completely understandable. What is not understandable is holding us accountable for them being late with final paper work, 35 days late. When we were first contacted to discuss our wedding plans we were under the impression we were meeting to discuss arrangement of the room and timing for the day. To our surprise it was more about what we wanted to add to our bill because it was already late and because it was late there is a 10% late fee but they will "wave it" if we pay immediately. Mind you at the meeting all the questions we asked 90% of the response was "We can figure that out the day of the wedding," I did contact the owner and inform her of this iteration. Long story short we then had another horrible experience when it came to trying to pay our bill and the owner threatening to cancel our date and add the late fee back on. They have no empathy, understanding, or time management. Will blame you for there mistakes and expect you to give them grace but not show it in return. Like I said beautiful venue hate that we lost 1,000 in this place do to there horrible management style only use this place with a wedding coordinator.
