But the bread to eggplant ratio was off. However, that's not to say I will not be coming back here. I definitely am. What sets the Whopper apart from other fast-food burgers starts with it being flame-grilled (yes, it matters); in addition, lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickle are standard. Who else does that? It reminds me of a burger I would make for myself at home. I am content with Burger King's food; it is fast-food and a nice treat once in a while. As far as this location is concerned: I don't have any complaints. The majority of my visits are drive-thru and generally speaking, the service is fast and the employees are pleasant. My orders have always been correct. I was inside recently and everything looked clean and organized. I ordered 2 hoagies, one special order. Clerk making sandwiches fied an order so I asked if my number was next and it wasn't. So while I waited, I just so happen to see another worker come out ladies room, and come behind counter to begin working, DID NOT WASH HANDS!!! She immediately put on new gloves and started touching sandwiches I saw that were already made. They looked like what I ordered. I refuse to eat the sandwiches she touched. Very unsanitary. And I hate when fast food workers don't understand the importance of or are just completely lazy to wash hands before returning to work stations. Not sure if she washed hands in bathroom either, but she should've washed them at both locations. I went to register and asked to speak to manager, told him what happened, and requested a refund. He offered to remake sandwiches, and I agreed to that. When I walked back to wait, I saw the worker washing her hands. I was happy that he addressed the situation, and hoping the worker learned a lesson. I know more than likely it happens more often than I'll ever know, but because I saw it happen, I had to speak up. The pizza was good, the service was excellent as it usually is at this store. The price, which I assume is set by corporate, is a ripoff. Lower the price or make the personal Pizzas bigger. I'll still give a good score because it's not the stores fault and they always do a great job but I hope whoever decides the pricing reads this.
