I return to the store politely and showed the person behind the counter for her to tell me that that no one at that store had that type of hair that cooked and then proceeded to ask me did I drop my food. After I told her that I didn't she then told me that there was nothing that could be done. Needless to say I will NEVER be visiting that store again and advise you all to inspect your food before leaving the store. I am 72 years old and have no reason to lie about this situation. I've been here a few times and it's always clean, friendly and has some of the better gas prices around. Tonight was the night though that made this gas station a hidden gem to me. In a last minute decision to get ice cream before going to a friends house I stopped at two other local stores with no success (how a place sells beer and no ice cream baffles me). I ran into wawa hoping they'd have something. I figured they wouldn't have anything low fat or much variety but at that point I was desperate. What do you know they have to freezers full of frozen yumminess! Three different brands with TONs of variety. Everything from regular, no sugar added, fro-yo and sorbet. All pint sizes and comparable prices to the grocery store. Seriously....long gone are the limited and unhealthy options typically found in gas stations!!! I highly recommend coming here! They were completely unapologetic and didn't seem to care much that they failed to put on their machines that they did not have the main items I was ordering considering I've worked in Food for 25 years. I find this to be a little unacceptable especially when it's not busy and I can literally count the people here on one hand, so disappointed in this location.

The cashier was assisting a few customers standing in line when I entered. There's a bell that rings once someone comes into the entrance. So, immediately upon them all checking out at the front counter, she left quickly from behind the register. I noticed her by the fountain drink machine and refrigerated beverages using a cloth to wipe down over there. However, the cashier seemed too comfortable doing so and remained in that area. Although, I stood at the register to purchase candy and gas, she kept her back towards me. She wouldn't even turn around to look or come over to help. Therefore, I just put the candy down and walked out of the store. I pulled away from the station fuel pump outside. Then, I went to WaWa instead. I hadn't realized that I would receive such poor customer service from a valued company. The cashier needs retraining or refresher courses pertinent to guest relations and hospitality. She seems to be stuck in the wrong field!
