I loved this Wawa because of the freshness and care that went into making food, the last few times I visited the food was just okay, seemed kind of rush, the associate barely spoke when I got to the register. When it comes to Wawa, consider me a fanboy. Most are reasonably clean and wildly efficient, getting you out the door with some java and a snack in no time flat. Then there's this apostasy of a convenience store. I'll even give it wide latitude for being right off of 95 and having to endure mobbish crowding 24/7. But the bathrooms... welcome to Third World hell, Sally Struthers style. Frankly, it would have be quicker and more hygienic to just pee on myself and be done with it. Absolutely disgusting. I don't normally share photos and I'm not about to start here as my phone would probably melt from the stench. Are flies supposed to talk? Did I bring my Geiger Counter? Too bad I left my hazmat suit at home. It goes without saying that my appetite for coffee or any of their finger foods vanished almost immediately.. I love me some WaWa, and this was a good stop north of Baltimore en route to the Philly area. There's plenty of parking and pumps for gas. We ordered 4 sandwiches and everything was ready in a reasonable amount of time. The staff was friendly to all of my kids and made conversation with them while we waited. Some years back, I had the pleasure of experiencing a Wawa Bacon, Egg and Cheese Hoagie. Now, every single time I'm in MD, I must have it. Needless to say, this was my 2nd Wawa I ventured to in order to fulfill my goal because the other location was out of scrambled eggs. This place was packed, however I expected it on a Sunday morning. Probably a 20 min wait, but let me say well worth it. The convenience of the self order screens allows you to get your order in, pick up other items in the store and pay while waiting on your order. The food is freshly prepared and I've had no issues with the temperature of my meal. My brother, who lives here now, has never had it and frankly teased me about breakfast from a gas station....but, I made a believer out of him today! read more

The food has been sub par and half the time my order isn't even correct. And not just incorrect, but far less valued than what I actually paid for. If I pay for something extra on my sub then that's what I should receive. Not less which is what I've been getting. It's a damn shame but I will gladly go out of my way to use a different location. This was the first gas stop on my day trip to New Jersey. It is located on the outskirts of Baltimore, and is in a sizable lot. I stopped by the convenience store first to get some water for the road. The wait was short, and the service was quick. The cashier had a very good personality, and was warm and welcoming. Getting gas here was no hassle, I was able to fuel up and go in a short amount of time. The price was right. A great stop to start my journey. I would come back here in the future. read more

This was the first Wawa I've ever been to. I've heard a lot of Wawa's lately because one just opened up in DC proper downtown (which I still haven't visited). So I had somewhat high expectations of this place. It was snowing and wet so... oh and it was Christmas weekend so it was just full of travelers trying to make their way up and down the northeast corridor. I saw that it had some hot food/deli counter type area but it was so full of people that I didn't really have it in me to wait in line to order anything. I bought a few snacks from the shelves and a cold drink and kept it moving. The bathroom was kind of gross but wasn't the worst I've seen and the store itself was okay up given the amount of people coming in and out. I still don't see the big deal about wawa but maybe I will if I visit another one. read more

OK... You might be saying why review a Wawa? Well for some, gas station food is a staple. And I don't want to say gas station food because WAWA is so much more. We travel a great deal on the road. It's nice to know that when you stop at a place you can get gas, the establishment is clean and you can get something good to eat. You don't have to subsist on chips and cookies. Oh of course you can pick those up here but they have a full menu. They have healthy options like But not limited to egg white omelette a. They have not so healthy options like very good mac & cheese. You can get breakfast here, you can get lunch & even dinner here. How about a healthy snack? They have yogurt and fruit, chilled water and great custom coffees. You could even get a delicious milkshake. I highly recommend Wawa read more

Well as I was waiting for my food I was watching the service make food and serve food. As I was watching I watch one of the girls grab a sanitizing wipe and clean the counter then clean the knife what's the saying wipe. She had on the same gloves did not change at one time to make another meal I have to grab in the hand sanitizer wipe. And she kept touching people food with the same gloves. So I advise "WA WA" to pay attention to the glove changing process with there staff. read more

During my visit to this wawa it was very unsanitary. The bathroom trash was overfilled and women hygiene products all over the floor. Also the coffee station was filthy. My overall experience was nasty and I will not be coming back. read more

Okay, really 4 stars, but I'm shocked this Wawa is rated so low. I do the NYC to DC trip a LOT and I prefer to stop by a Wawa for gas and a sammie. I've hit every Wawa off of 95 between the two cities and this is by far the best Wawa on the trip. The sandwiches are always perfect and there's usually a pump available. It does have the same problem most Wawas have, which is people getting gas and leaving their cars at the pumps while they get a sandwich and use the bathroom. I know it's pain to start your car and drive 20 feet to a parking space, but do us a favor, huh? read more

My band's van broke down at this Wawa and I was waiting hours for a friend from Baltimore to pick us up. Needless to say, this Wawa feels like home to me. It's crazy the things you experience at this Wawa (or maybe at most Wawa's). In the short, yet felt like forever, timespan I was here, I saw some very interesting things. A couple different panhandlers offering to sell us cologne(s). Yes, plural. A dopesick 17 year-old puking his guts out on the patch of grass near the side of the building while his girlfriend watches in horror. Excellent stop for those driving up 95 who need some quick gas and food without having to drive too far out of the way. Wawa has great coffee, they make an excellent chicken noodle soup and have a great candy selection and healthy choices as well. This is our choice for stopping when driving from DC to Philadelphia or NJ as it is about an hour into the trip, is right off the side of the road, and.. ITS A WAWA! We seek out Wawa because it is the best gas/food combo you can find anywhere, ever. If I had to complain, the bathroom gets lines because there are only 2 stalls in the women's room. I just witnessed an employee handle a very rude woman with grace and patience she didn't deserve. It was very busy in the store and she wanted to skip the line for a reason that was unclear. I'm still not sure what her justification was. When he politely said he couldn't because he was in the middle of ringing up other customers, she stormed off to get in line while referring to him as "retarded". She followed that up with a few expletives and a racial slur generally not used for someone of his race. Shortly after, another line opened up and the rest of the customers, anxious to be rid of her, let her go first in that line. All I could think was, "whatever they pay these kids, it isn't enough." Also, "never let my kids work at a convince store near a major interstate." If you're out there Wawa cashier guy, hang in there. Keep up that level of composure under pressure and you'll go far in life. read more

Good. Great location off of I95 the Joppa exit I think, Google it. But at times they can be very busy because it's near the highway. Cheap gas prices and clean. One time I went it was pretty crowded and there was a short line for the bathroom. But if you've gotta go you'll try to wait patiently. Always love Wawa hoagies and the prices overall aren't bad. Went there in January and was my first time ordering food at wawa convenience store and i loved it! Ordered a small steel cut oatmeal for breakfast and was delicious! I drive from DC to Philadelphia frequently and this is always my one stop on the trip as the Wawa is right of the highway. The gas is cheap, they make good hoagies, and the bathrooms are mostly clean. No real complaints here. read more

Wawa has delicious subs although sometimes they get my order wrong, and bc it's located off of i95 they are constantly busy.

After going to this location for over a year they decided that you now have to put your own butter on your breakfast sandwiches. They say it's always been the rule although if you click on the order screen they have various options of the amount of butter you can have put on your sandwich. I hate lies, this was a blatant lie. If you no longer care about how you treat your customers, no longer want to give them what they want on their food don't lie and say it has always been that way. Tell the truth about it and at least set up an area where they can put their own butter on the sandwich because no one wants cold butter on their hot breakfast sandwich which won't melt if not put on soon after it's made. read more
