The cookie dough dipped in chocolate and chocolate cherries looked amazing. They were making chicken cutlets. I was extremely close to getting a chicken cutlet sandwich. They use their oven roasted beef for the cheesesteak. I was surprised how different the texture was from a steak. $8 cheesesteak. It caused a bit of a bottleneck where food was just sitting while one person tried to catch up. The phone was ringing nonstop and there wasn't a clear sense of urgency. One staff member kept stopping to text mid sandwich, which, hey, we all have lives, but it really disrupted the flow and made everything slower. If something was going on, communication with the team would've gone a long way. As for the food: My steak sandwich had zero seasoning. I mean none. The only flavor came from the peppers on it. Two hours later, after reheating it in the air fryer and adding salt and pepper, it was decent. My husband had a cold sandwich and enjoyed his more, so I'm guessing results may vary depending on what you order. I didn't rate the service too harshly because it was clear the staff was overwhelmed, not rude. They barely had time to offer a smile, let alone conversation. Still, I gave this spot 4 stars because I see the potential. The menu looks genuinely interesting, the space is nice, and I imagine on a slower day with tighter processes they probably put out some fantastic sandwiches. I'd definitely be willing to give them another try, but next time I'll show up with extra patience and maybe a backup snack just in case.

The bartender was awesome. The young woman at Garibaldi's was amazing. She made our cheesesteak on a garlic bread roll.
