Once a month I visit think a location while traveling for work. Per usual, I ordered my spicy chicken biscuit with egg and cheese. I ordered through the app and left my hotel which is next door. I went to Starbucks first to pick up my drink and then Chick fil a. My sandwich was ready in about 3 minutes after I arrived. It was nice and fresh. They forgot my fries when i placed a mobile order, so i went inside. they proceeded to blame me, talk about it very loudly in the back stating they did give the fries, when they very clearly didn't. Sorry but this location does not represent most other Chick fil A sites. Too many instances of messed up orders or miscommunications. Writing a review to warn others of mobile app issues I experienced today. Placed bfast order on mobile app from the parking lot before the 1030 cutoff. Order went through charged my card and told me it was ready. Enter drive thru and get to the window and i'm told it was too close to 1030 so I wasn't getting my food they just said was done??? No apologies and uneducated explanations. Said my order would be refunded. Not until I get home did I realize there were no refunds. So had to drive all the way back and speak to a very indignant manager who finally issued me a refund manually while insinuating it was my fault?? Done with this location for sure, too many other options. Get better! read more

Food was okay. the chicken on the Cobb salad was COLD. The restaurant used to be tidy ( 2023) , it was so dirty I got grossed out. I want to love my local Chick-fil-A but I can't. They never get orders right and today's order was one of the worst: we ordered on the mobile app and picked it up in the store. We ordered 2 diet lemonades and they were both regular lemonade (lid buttons were not depressed and lemonade was very sweet). There were no straws that came with the drinks. My spicy grilled chicken sandwich had the wrong cheese, tomato (I asked for it without tomato), and my lettuce was old, an outer leaf, and slimy (picture below). It was kind of gross. We know we are taking a chance ordering at this Chick-fil-A but today was bad. Skip this Chick-fil-A. Thanks for being honest and made my bad day a little less miserable. Today was a cold and rainy Friday. I was almost the last person to leave work and got no time to cook dinner for the family. Worse still, walking in the dark and tripping myself, I got multiple bleedings and bruises all over me. Chick-fil-A was my last hope for comfort and convenience. But when I opened my bag I broke down: it was just not what I ordered. I ordered a 30-pc nugget, a side salad, and one LG fries.What I got was three LG fries, a full market salad, and a 12-pc nugget. Although value wise I probably got more than what I paid for, at that moment I was seriously questioning myself what I did wrong to deserve all these on a single day. I called the restaurant, almost crying, and told them I didn't get my order right. The restaurant manager apologized immediately, acknowledged the mistake, and made up with free vouchers. I made the call expecting questions about my order but I got none of that. Thank you, Chick-fil-A Malvern, for treating customers with respect , trust and honesty. This is all what I need and this made a really bad day in my life a little better. This location will continue to be my favorite Chick-fil-A spot. read more

Our office is across the street so we stopped by when traveling for work. Our co-worker had free meals from the grand opening giveaway. Unfortunately, they only let you get a #1 with it and I really wanted to try the spicy chicken sandwich, so I paid for my own. I went with the spicy chicken deluxe meal. I didn't eat spicy food last time I was at a Chick-fil-A, so this was my first one. I loved it. My fries were great as well (with Chick-fil-A sauce of course). I was very impressed with the service here. They bring your food to the table. They come around and ask if you need anything else. It was crowded, but the service was awesome. This isn't normal for a fast food restaurant. It's a Chick-fil-A, so you know what you're getting food wise, but the service definitely stands out. read more

Gave them another try. Usually go to KOP. Ordered pickup. First, there is no separate place to park and pickup. You need to go into the store. Then you wait and noone greets you or approaches you. The guy in front of me was also waiting uncomfortably and at some point just randomly shouted into the air I am to here to pick up an order for ***. No response. Myself had to interrupt a guy who was taking orders out to dine-in customers to say my app had said my food would be ready for pickup. Took five minutes and then someone else came by and asked, has someone helped you already? Then the multiple fries I ordered were not fully filled, just to the pocket line. When I got home, also realized the shake flavors were all wrong. Something just wrong w the vibe at this location. I did note that they do now have some minority employees but the employees didnt seem to be really jiving with each other. And they were all relatively young. Maybe full of lukewarm millenials who don't really want to give it their all working? Being Chick-fil-A, they probably do good business still. The manager / owner, if they have any respect for themselves, should try to fix some of their deficits. And corporate should definitely do something, if they care about their reputation. Nowadays, when fast food costs this much, they should be getting it right most of the time and service should be better. Read the 1 and 2 star reviews for this place. Yessssiirrrrr. I was in town for my EMT class and this was the nearest Chick Fil A to my hotel. And since it's CFA, I ended up going twice lol. No complaints and everything you'd expect from CFA, good food, good and fast service. Location is prime too. Right beside a Starbucks and in what looked like a business park so it was easy to get in and out of even when it was packed. read more

Two bad orders in three weeks. Their remedy was to 'put my name in the system' and give me a credit. That never worked. Complained to corporate office since getting ripped off seems like a recurring theme at the Malvern Chick-fil-A and the manager/owner Chris Walsh brushed off my feedback and did not seem interested in remedying nor listening to my feedback. This place was definitely not what I expected from a Chick-Fil-A. I went through the drive thru with my kids and we were treated to team members coming up to our car. Obviously they seemed swamped, but usually they are not this bad. The order taker kept forgetting what I was saying and I was worried that he got my order wrong. I kept to myself until I pulled up to the cash cart and everything on my receipt was wrong. I did not think a plain chicken sandwich and a few 8 count nugget meals would be so hard. I fix my order with the young lady at cash cart (she was so understanding and the best part of my visit) but proceeded to receive the wrong order at the window. The mistake was rectified when I went inside and returned the food and got my proper order. I just hope that whoever's order I got did not receive the bag that I had just returned. I really tried to be nice and understand but inside I was just passive aggressively talked to, they basically told me that they were too busy to care. I do love chick fil a but this one was not worth my time or money. The owner, Chris Walsh (I looked it up) needs to train the employees better and give a raise to the lady who was outside giving receipts. Everyone else seemed very miserable and could definitely benefit from some more training. I will edit this if I go back and it is better. read more

Waited outside for about 15 minutes until opening time, 6:30. About a half a dozen employees inside. The manager on duty was absolutely the most ignorant and rude person I have ever come in contact with at any fast food restaurant and I have never had a negative experience at Chick-fil-A until tonight. She would not help me at all, told me she didn't have time for me and then when I contacted the help line about the issue she would not help me with they said that she absolutely should have been able to help me and to call her and when I did she told me to figure it out and hung the phone up on me. If you could only know how important is is to have a cfa in this area... There are plenty of hungry workers in this area and with limited lunch breaks, before this location, you would have limited time to eat! Chik-fil-a, in general, has great food, and usually has a reputation for being a well-run restaurant regardless of which location you go to. This is the ONLY Chik-fil-a I've ever been to where the service is consistently bad, even from before the pandemic. At first when I noticed how disorganized and slow they seemed, I thought it was because they are new-ish and still have to work out the hiccups. However, today, I think I might have an idea of where the bad service is coming from - because I later found out that one of the proprietors waited on me in the drive through. Disappointing location in Malvern I love chick Fila service and food but my experience with this new location in Malvern has been a disappointment. First time I gave them a pass since they recently opened but second time I went it was no better. Both times my chicken strips and fries were not close to being freshly cooked.
