My husband calmly asked the manager, Jamison, why our son was being treated this way, especially since employees are not typically screamed at or forced to leave immediately unless there is a serious issue such as theft. Instead, the manager became defensive and continued acting unprofessionally in front of customers and staff. When I asked for the general manager's contact information, I was only given the store number and told the GM was unavailable. I simply wanted to know whether my son was banned from the restaurant so we would know if he could return there with his friends, as this is a common local hangout for high school students. The manager claimed he "didn't know" and attempted to involve other employees in the situation. This entire experience was handled poorly and lacked professionalism from start to finish. If you have teenagers or young adults seeking their first job, please be aware of how employees are treated at this location. No young person deserves to be screamed at, humiliated, or treated like a criminal because of poor management.
