I have nothing really "bad" to say about this location. It's always been clean, (including the restrooms) the coffee selection is full, and the employees are very nice and helpfull. The only thing that kind of irks me is the food-ordering kiosks; if one requests say, picked on the side, it never seems to make it to the employees making the food. ‍ I've brought this to the attention of the staff making the order, and both times they stated, "We don't know why it does this; it just does..." I didn't see a manager handy either time, probably because the store was quite busy. If my wife and I want to order chow or made-to-order drinks, we usually go to the Wawa located at Bailey Bridge and Hull Street Roads. We usually stop at these two locations and once in a while the Wawa is located west of Brandermill area near Lowes; these other stores don't have this ordering issue mentioned above, so I have no idea what the issue is. ‍ Thank you! I ordered a Cookies and Cream milkshake (a premium option). I was handed a Vanilla Milkshake. It was remade and it was still very clearly a vanilla milkshake but they mixed in some cookie crumbs. Normally that would be fine but the one in the picture that I clicked was chocolate with cookie crumbs mixed in and on top. I pointed that out and they said I didn't order that one even though that was the only Cookies and Cream option. I feel like I got ripped off. It's not that hard to give me the one in the picture that I clicked to order. I didn't even get my immunity shot that I paid for when he remade it. read more

You're having to card everybody and want to scan my ID is absurd. You can visually check my date of birth and see that I'm old enough. I can't help it that you hire incompetent irresponsible young children at which sell vape products to their friends. The customer service is always spectacular, busy location but stays extremely clean. The food is amazing always and fresh and cooked well.

First and foremost. They have a great selection of coffee. This isn't highbrow, deep notes of whatever coffee. This is for people like myself who drink 4-5 large cups of coffee throughout the day. It is fantastic! And unlike Starbucks, they have 24 oz cups. 24oz CUPS!!! They have a decent array of snacks and candies and their food options are generally pretty good. I highly recommend the Gobbler when it is in season. Turkey, gravy, stuffing, and cranberry sauce on a nice long bun. That being said, you know where they drop the ball? No proper chili dogs! I have to go to Sheetz to get Chili dogs! And Sheetz's coffee is terrible! And now I realize I have to write a review of Sheetz and compliment them on their chili dogs. And now I want a chili dog! Very clean inside but had to walk through an employees cigarette smoke to get inside, normally wouldn't bother me but I had my baby with me... Frozen Chia tea is good & I really like the grapes & cheese pack. I tried to cash in some scratch tickets & it took 15 minutes for the cashier to run to another register to complete my transaction :/ read more

very disappointed in this stores sub making skills, i don't know who taught y'all to put the meat in one giant chunk on the sub roll, it doesn't stay on there if you do that. also why is there never a lot of meat, like the whole thing is just bread, but like if i'm not getting vegetables sub, you should add more meat to it. mac and cheese was pretty good tho. read more

I usually love this Wawa but today I had an egg salad club sandwich that was full of eggshells. This is the only time this has happened but I drove all the way home and then started eating it. I have been going to Wawa since they opened the one on Bailey Bridge and those employees are the best I don't know what I would do without them I go in their just about everyday to get my coffee and snack and at least one person says hi I love it they are so friendly so today I go to the WaWa on court house and get a 24oz cup of coffee and had a coupon for a 16oz and I always get a 24oz and I told the cashier I would pay the difference but I have taken the coupon in the same WaWa before and they I just taken it off and this cashier wanted to argue about it so I told her to forget it so they will not see me for coffee no more not very nice they don't work with their everyday customers Bailey Bridge WaWa here I come hope they don't do that to no one else have a great day read more

I am a bartender for over a decade, so I appreciate late night food options such as Wawa And sheetz as opposed to fast food drive-thrus. I came in to tonight and ordered one of my favorites and I used my card which was declined because I had exceeded my daily spending limit of 500 dollars and the clerk was extremely loud and boisterous and completely disrespectful. I promptly paid with cash to rectify the situation and was still further accosted as I was basically pushed (metaphorically) out of the store while all I wanted was my sandwich that I had previously paid for. Yes, on my part I let him know that our salaries are completely different and that contrary to my appearance, I was perfectly capable of paying for my food by other means.....as I was chased out of the store and he threatened to call the cops as I left. I know you have video surveillance and I hope to hear from someone with nothing but a formal apology but my encounter tonight was embarrassing, demeaning and unlike the many friends I have employed by the wawa corporation, very unfriendly in nature. In closing, on my way home from work every night. ...I pass a sheetz. If this situation is not rectified, that's where myself and my staff of 57 and all that they tell will stop after work. I've been in customer service for over 2 decades, but this was ridiculous. Hope to hear back soon.
