This location is my favorite 7 Brew - they tend to always have a line, but they manage it well and keep it moving. I try a little bit of everything on the menu, but their Fizz Sodas are amazing, if you don't know where to start, try the Stargazer. The atmosphere is a bit busy and loud, but every person I've interacted with has been friendly and quick to strike up a conversation. The prices are great for the sizing and quality, and their rewards program is a nice bonus for someone who frequents as much as I did. I also like how they run frequent deals, like BOGO or something themed, and they'll send you a text letting you know. This was our first time here and it was a great experience. You drive up and a nice staff person was very polite and helpful. The large cups are big. I ordered a large sugar free banana latte with oat milk and they made it quickly. The prices are very reasonable and the coffee is excellent. I will definitely go back when down that way. read more

I think I just found the east coast's Dutch Bros equivalent! I'm not sure which establishment came first, but I can't help but notice the similar person centered service model and offerings. I'm a huge fan of DB, so stumbling upon 7 Brew was a happy surprise. I was especially wowed by the service-- it was my first time visiting, so I was overwhelmed by the choices-- but the gentleman at the drive through was very kind and helped me find a drink that matched what I was looking for. Service was prompt, and the cinnamon latte I got was great and reasonably priced (and not too sweet which I consider a high compliment). I've been looking forward to visiting 7 brew since I heard it was coming to midlothian! I ordered the ocean breeze energy drink which was very tasty! I would def order again. This location is drive-thru only so be mindful of that. With a little construction nearby, it was a challenge to navigate getting there. The person who waited on us didn't have a menu, so browse the menu before you go or ask them for one. For the morning time, I'm not sure the super loud music with questionable words is the best choice, but I get the vibes. I would definitely go back, I'm a big fan of their energy drinks and glad we have a location in Va. read more

If you haven't tried 7 brew make sure you do your home work before and look at the menu or watch some tik tok videos because ordering can be overwhelming. The menu is available on your phone and there are a ton of customization options. I tried an iced blondie first and couldn't even drink a quarter of the drink it was extremely sweet and tasted nothing like coffee. The color was basically off white and I sadly had to throw it away. I did some research before I tried it again and got a sugar free iced blondie but again the drink was entirely too sweet and the artificial sweetener flavor was too strong and I had to waste yet another drink. I don't know if I'll try this place again but maybe if I do I'll try one of their energy drinks. If you like sweet you may love this place, but I think I'll just stick to the local coffee shops. read more

I was disappointed with 7 Brew. I'll preface with the fact that I much prefer local coffee shops, and I wish this location had one- but even so, 7 Brew was just okay. The system of stay in your car and go through the drive through only feels a little unwelcoming. They also have you order without a menu- I planned my drink ahead of time, but if I hadn't I would've had to bother the worker standing outside my car for 10 minutes, as their customization options are extensive. The coffee I got was truly all cream, and very sweet (even though I got sugar free). It was massive for the price, which is a pro, but I really didn't enjoy it and knew by the end of it I'd feel like I'd overdone it. It felt corporate at this location, even though the kids working it seemed really sweet. I won't be back, but I guess it's a good option in a pinch. read more

There is going to be a lot of jockeying for coffee position in Richmond in the next few months and years. 7Brew has positioned itself nicely by having a varied menu, helpful staff, and a simple model - drive through only. Having just opened I was expecting a wait but the young man who greeted me was friendly and helpful, and mercifully there were two lines so I didn't feel bad asking for a look at the menu before I ordered. Coffee is the main draw but they also feature smoothies, energy drinks and assorted frozen treats. Milk choices are almost as varied as the coffee choices, so allergies are not a problem. On a hot early-August day, all of it sounded good. As a drive through the ambiance is minimal but the clean and efficient ordering system was quite pleasant and easy to follow. Even with a ridiculous amount of syrups and sauces to choose from (if that's your thing), 7Brew earns a ten for taste, service and variety. Today 3/19/25 was my first time trying 7 Brew Coffee. Anyone who knows me can tell you indecisive is my middle name. 7 Brew is so customizable the options are endless. So I pulled up with a plan tell the server up front I'm a newbie and pray they have patience. After I was warmly greeted I executed my plan. I was met with not only patience but a mastery of the menu. I articulated what my family fave drinks from that Celebrity place lol and she was able to match us with comparables. We have wanted to stop here for a while and we were finally in the area. Upon arriving in a Saturday afternoon, there was a long line of cars but the line moved really quickly. I ordered a black iced coffee and my wife ordered a chocolate milkshake and they were both really good. The service was excellent as there is one person that takes your order and another who brings your drink to you and both were very friendly. Can't wait to get back and try something new. read more

I went to go see my friend and I really wanted coffee and my friend recommended this place! It was super nice! I don't know if you can go inside but I did the drive through and you can scan a barcode to see the menu. I did feel a little rushed to quickly pull up and know what I wanted so I didn't hold up the line. I saw that 7 brew opened up from mutual friend so I decided to try it. The first day I went it was very busy, but they were very quick. The guy was very helpful because obviously I hadn't been there before and they don't have like a menu posted outside you drive up and the person will ask you what you want for your order. The guy was kind enough to give me they have like a paper menu And that way I can choose what I want because they have a lot of options. I decided to go with the cold brew with cream and vanilla and then I got there cold foam on the top and it's delicious. I appreciate that it's not as sweet as like Starbucks or any of the other coffees. I haven't gone to Starbucks in a long time just for political reasons so it's nice to have another option. I also like that you give them your phone number and they sign you up for their rewards program but they can also see what you order the previous time. I went and the girl was super nice And she got my phone number and locked me in and I was like are you able to see what I ordered last time and she said yes and then I said I wanted the same thing but is there anyway to make it a little bit sweeter, and so she gave me some options and made sure that I tried the drink before I left to make sure it was perfect. I am not a coffee drinker, but my partner is. I have been to 7 Brew over half a dozen times since it opened, and after my latest visit I felt I had to share my thoughts. The service has been excellent almost every time I went, and the times it wasn't, it was still fine. I drive through here on my way home from overnight shifts, if they were anything but great, I wouldn't still be going. Do not get coffee at 7 Brew they are extremely disgusting as I have worked at a location and know first hand, the employees do not wash their hands constantly or wear gloves when dealing with customers orders nor when using the restroom also customers with pets come through and the employees pet the animals and will continuously make drinks without washing their hands and the hygiene of the employees is a problem also, the equipment and items used to make drinks isn't changed out until 12:00pm(store opens at 5:00am)the items are constantly used not being washed until nighttime which means any bacteria in the cup you are drinking as well as the previous customers drink there are always flies and bugs in the stand swarming around the products used to make drinks. This is coming from a former employee i would also advise not applying or working here as favoritism is shown and if you are not one of the few elected you will be treated differently and will eventually be pushed out the door there is also a test you must pass in order to maintain the job and if you are not one of the favorites you will be let go after you have failed 2 or 3 times while orher individuals get 5 or more chances and help from a shift lead on the test. Ive worked here before so I'm not just complaining just want to look out for individuals health and career you better off going to Starbucks at least you can see the drinks being made read more
