I told him it's clearly marked $8.50 and as I went to check - the whole 5 steps it took to go look - the teller decided to bypass my pin and HE pushed the button to finish the purchase. I was then told I would have to wait a week for the refund because the transaction was completed. I DIDN'T COMPLETE THE TRANSACTION - he did which he had no right to do! He is in no way authorize to spend my money by bypassing my pin. Complete bullshit for an already overpriced small bag of dog food. I've been shopping at that 7-11 for over 20 years but that stops today. How dare he approve a purchase I was in the middle of disputing and anywhere I've ever been or worked they honor the price shown! He could have easily waited the two fucking seconds for me to get back to the register to show him what it was clearly marked. At that point no one else was in line - in fact no one was in line until after I started telling him he had no right to authorize a payment on MY card. There was a nail in my same tire. I brought it back that day and they said I must have gotten a nail in the same tire. They had plugged it again and I went home. That night I was confused still so I took my tire off the car and checked. There was only ONE plug in the tire so they didn't plug it the first time and tried acting like I just had bad luck. Yesterday I started my car and had white smoke was coming out of my exhaust for a few seconds after starting then it went away but my car was overheating so I drove it and pumped the heat to air out my motor and drove slowly to keep my RPM's down. I got my oil and coolant changed last night. My coolant was low also. They said it could be my head gasket. So this morning I started my car there was no smoke my car wasn't overheating and it was driving normal again even with the AC pumping. I brought it there because it was by where I had to go. I explained everything to them. They called me 4 hours later saying it was done and it was only $100 everything was taken care of. I went there paid and asked what it was the owner said you needed an oil change.... I said I got one last night the sticker is on my window. He said oh they overfilled your oil so we emptied it fully out and put new oil in. I said ok that was dumb when you could've drained a little of it and checked the dip stick after. So what about my head gasket he said we didn't check it.... I said why not when that's why I brought it here to be checked. I told you the car was running fine today back to normal I just wanted my head gasket checked. When I asked to speak to the mechanic who worked on my car the owner said he isn't here he stepped out and to come back later. This place is so fucked up. Any time I come here the only respectable guy there is Ronnie I swear. I'm so bummed out that I didn't see him there earlier because I would have went right to him first. If anyone has good mechanic recs for the Oceab county or Monmouth county area please let me know. This place isn't even getting a third strike.

If you're here to get food, you have to order on the iPad kiosk first. All items are customizable and there's a lot of options. A receipt will print out with an order number and barcode. You present the receipt at the cash registers and you pay there. After you pay, you wait by the food section until your number is called. There's a separate station just for completed drink orders so it can be a bit confusing at first. I ordered a breakfast burrito with chicken, scrambled eggs, pepper jack cheese, spinach, fresh salsa, and salt. My +1 ordered a burrito, bagel with wild berry cream cheese, and a hot chai tea. The order total was around $22, which is a great bang for your buck for breakfast. We waited for about 10 minutes until we got our food. I don't expect a 5 star meal from a convenience store, but I have to say I was pretty disappointed in my burrito. I've been to Wawa many times in the past and this was probably the worst meal. Although it was large in size, nothing tasted fresh. Everything tasted BLAND and lacked real taste. The tomatoes in the "fresh" salsa were soggy and old! Welp.

After gas is done pumping, he walks away without handing me my receipt and also doesn't ask if I wanted mine. As he is walking away I opened my door to ask for my receipt and tells me to hold on while he assists another customer... but he should have gotten my receipt first to finishing the transaction appropriately. Gives me a duplicate copy while the original just dangles in the wind on the pump. Really annoying actually. Please make sure workers aren't high on drugs or anything while operating gas pumps. All this behavior is unlike any i experience at other wawas. While I can't say for sure he was high, he was wearing a black bucket hat with marujuana leaves on it. He seemed chill and that's the only thing keeping at 2 stars instead of 1 star.
