Yes, they offer gas and the usual convenience store amenities, but what has endeared Wawa to so many is there sandwiches and subs, not to mention other food offerings. They call them hoagies, due to the region where they originated called subs such a funny name, and they far exceed the vast majority of gas station culinary offerings. Wawa but not necessarily a wow factor for me. So let's just say I was not that impressed by Wawa as I was at 18 in Richmond VA trying Wawa for the first time for subs and other night time snacks while studying for exams in first year of college. What you can expect at Wawa: very good price gasoline, clean gasoline stations, space and size of Wawa centers. So, inside you will find a lot more options far as food compared to your other gasoline stations. However, this food just doesn't make the cut for any culinary creativity but it's above cold sandwiches you find at other gas stations. You will find the employees making subs to order and other food choices. But this factor might be enough for you to go here to fill up your tank than other places. This location is in Orlando and there are many other locations in Orlando. But they are planning on opening more locations in South Florida! read more

Typical standard Wawa. This one is East to access if you are driving south on Goldenrod. Unlike a lot of Wawas, this one is usually less busy and so I am in and out even quicker than usually and don't have a hard time getting gas/parking with traffic. Wawa is always great if you are in need of a quick decent bite to eat and also need to get gas. Order at the kiosks around the deli then pay as you wait for them to call your order to speed things up. Coffee here is pretty good I like how they have so much variety and ask what kind of milk you want or if you would like whip cream. read more

Overall a clean spot to grab gas and grab some snacks/drinks or use the bathroom. They have a good variety of snack options from protein bars to chips as well as soda and water options. The bathrooms are fairly clean for a rest spot and I would recommend this place over most others to stop. Since Wawa open in our area I was excited. Wawa is very convenient place to get gas and food. My opinion was positively high until February 23,2018. I ordered French toast sausage and luckily I check the contents. I found a bread tie plastic strip. If I didn't check I would have choke. Please check your food people! Well, I'll tell you what; it was mediocre at best. If you want a really good sub go to Subway, go to Jimmy John's, go to Jersey Mike's, go to Publix - skip WAWA's. I've never left a review before. I'm looking at this as a type of therapy. In my 43 years of life, I have never experienced such poor customer service. I stopped off at Wawa on a whim to get a chicken burrito for dinner because I promised my kids pizza and I didn't feel like eating pizza. I paid for my order and went over to the counter to wait for the food. I waited five minutes, and then 10 minutes, all the while the one person working to make sandwiches was acting like it was just a leisurely Sunday stroll through the meadow. It was obvious that they were grossly understaffed but there was absolutely no sense of urgency. After 15 minutes waiting for one burrito, I found the store manager and asked if anyone was available to help the young lady because I had been waiting 15 minutes. He looked at me like I was his mom telling him he can't have video games until he cleans his room, and said, "it's me. I'm it". And walked back to help the lady making sandwiches. No apology. No "I'm sorry, we are understaffed and doing the best we can". Just complete annoyance, and walking away. So I waited, and waited some more. Once I hit the 20 minute mark, I just wanted to leave. I had to pick up my kids and I wasn't expecting to spend a good half hour at Wawa. I asked the Sunday stroll sandwich maker if It was almost ready or I would have to get a refund. She said "He, (meaning my favorite manager), can give you a refund". I replied, "Yes, please. I have to leave to pick up my kids". -crickets- After about three more minutes, I finally spoke up and said, "I need you to give me a refund right now, I have to pick up my kids"! At that point, my favorite manager slammed his sandwich making tools down on the counter and stomped off to the register to assist the cashier in giving me a refund. Still no apology for the fact that, at this point, I have been in their store for 25 minutes waiting on one burrito. The only positive out of this experience, was the cashier who was very sympathetic and apologized to me. He was the only one in the store who I felt did not need to apologize to me. I'm sure you're dying to know if I was able to pick up my kids on time. Well, I was not. This was by far, the worst customer experience I have ever had. I am well spoken, I know my manners, I don't scream or belittle and I have lots of patience. I also try to avoid confrontation whenever possible. So I really did not do anything to deserve the mistreatment that I received. I was a server for 13 years, and I do understand people in the service industry getting fed up and frustrated with loudmouth, name-calling, disrespectful people. I am not one of those people. This upscale gas station has great gas prices that draw you in paired with an awesome convenience store, proves to be a lethal combination on my wallet at 4am. Great lighting, decor, food and atmosphere. Employees are very friendly. Food is that of a fresh market/ Dunkin Donuts/ Subway. Oh and its open all the time.
