I have not eaten Taco Bell in so long because of the bad experience that I was getting at every Taco Bell around Broward County, Sunrise and Tamarac to be exact... I decided to try again being that I was in a different city and county, and it did not disappoint. I ordered my food online as I normally do and when I got to the location, Brian was at the window and his customer service was A1, he was upbeat, very friendly, very professional and courteous. When I actually got to the window, he had the biggest smile on his face and again his professionalism was amazing.. He'll make me come back every time just for his customer service. The food was fresh and really good, no complaints which is very very big for me being that every time I've gone to a Taco Bell it has been the worst experience from the customer service to the food.. so thank you Brian for your amazing energy, after a day like I had today I definitely needed that. read more

I placed an order on the self order Kiosk, after ordering a male worker dark skinned was staring at my girlfriend of one year for the whole time we were there waiting for our food. guy would look at me when i was telling him that he forgot our drinks. it was an unpleasant environment to be in and just an uncomfortable situation causing my girlfriend to feel very uncomfortable with where we were and wanting to leave. if i known his name i would left it here but just a tip doing that to the wrong couple would not end good for him. so if you want to feel comfortable and able to sit down with you partner for a quick dinner grab then don't go to this taco bell. read more

Look, it's Taco Bell, OK? You need to arrive with low expectations and hope to be surprised. That's exactly what I did on a recent visit, and honestly... it wasn't so bad. The mobile app worked without a hitch, and when I arrived at the drive-thru and announced that I had a mobile order, there were no issues. The food was ready promptly and was all correct. This used to be one of my favorite locations. Don't know what happened but I think they hired an entire new staff from top to bottom. The service at the counter and drive through is extremely slow. The last two times I've ordered here are awful. They are making the supreme burrito wrong. They don't put any lettuce, tomato, onion or fresh cheese on it. It's just meat and melted cheese sauce with a teaspoon of sour cream. The tacos are flat, crushed and no tomatoes. I have never had an issue with Taco Bell and my allergies. They have always been accommodating and this has never happened until tonight. I said no tomatoes on my order because I'm allergic. The pleasant lady at the front says okay no problem. But I still break out in a horrible rash, difficulty breathing, swollen lips. That's because the individual making the food did not change his gloves. Who knows how long he has been wearing that same pair and how many tomatoes he's touched. What's worse than that (because thanks for fast acting Benadryl I'm okay) when my husband tried to call this location, they hung up on him.
