My husband and i love Raising Canes! The food is always fresh, and they truly have some of the best chicken tenders around. Their menu is small, which we actually appreciate because they focus on doing a few things really well. The chicken tenders are perfectly crispy with great seasoning and flavor. The matchstick fries are always crispy too, not too thick or heavy. Meals come with coleslaw and Texas toast, and both are delicious additions. Their signature sauce is a must. I'm not sure what's in it, but it's so good and pairs perfectly with everything. This particular location was great. Customer service was friendly, though there was a long wait since this is a new location. The cashier was very knowledgeable and explained the menu clearly. Prices were reasonable, with options for kids' meals, large family portions, and individual servings. There's both indoor and outdoor seating, plus a fountain soda machine with easy access to ketchup and utensils. The decor was chic. The chicken was served hot and fresh, but unfortunately it was completely flavorless. There was no noticeable seasoning at all. The Cane's sauce, however, was amazing and honestly the only thing that gave the chicken any flavor. The fries were my favorite part crinkle-cut, crispy, and hot. The Texas toast was excellent: buttery, perfectly toasted, and easily the standout item. I could eat a million pieces and be satisfied. We tried to go to Chick-fil-A on a Sunday and, of course, forgot they're closed. so we finally decided to try Raising Cane's. They are popping up everywhere, and this was our first time. We opted for drive-thru for a quick lunch for our kids. The line was long, but it moved fairly quickly. There were plenty of staff outside helping manage traffic, and everyone was friendly and well organized. Since it was our first visit, we weren't quite sure what to expect. The menu is pretty limited--mostly chicken tenders and sandwiches. The chicken had good flavor, though the batter was a bit heavy and slightly spicy for our kids. They finally opened a Cane's not too far from my home, and I'm so glad to see it, it might even be dangerously close, as we have to make sure we don't go too many times in the same month! If you've had Cane's before, you know what to expect, buttery toast, crinkle cut fries, amazing chicken tenders, and magical sauce. Ambiance is warm and has a bit of a spark from all of the random items on the walls, love the disco balls as dining area center pieces. I saw that this new restaurant opened right up the street from my house this past week so I had to give it a try. I really knew nothing about this chain until I looked them up on line. I actually tried to go a few days after they opened but the line was so long and my patience is too short so I decided to go during lunchtime the following day. Although there was still a line, it was doable and nothing like the line the night before. They have two drive-through lines and several employees working those lines so that made it easier. The employees taking the orders were very nice and helpful. The line seemed to move pretty quickly. I wasn't sure what to order so I went online first and decided on the boxed lunch, which includes three chicken strips, coleslaw, Texas, toast, fries, and their special sauce. Yummy! I was very pleased with everything. The chicken was tasty and moist, the fries were great, the coleslaw was great and I'm not sure what's in the sauce, but that went very well with the chicken. I ordered a sweet iced tea for my drink. I enjoyed all of it. Needless to say, I will be back. They do have some competition with restaurants with similar menu items, but so far the food here is better to me than their competition up the road. A must try! read more

Went through the drive thru place my order went to the pick up part and I told the guy up front my name was Jay. Somehow someway he heard Perry and gave me the completely wrong order. I notice he gave me the wrong drink and instantly corrected him . I told him I wanted a half and half sweet tea and lemonade and I literally heard him tell his co worker half and half just to receive a unsweetened tea. I went inside with the wrong order and once the guy who handed me my order seen me inside he instantly said what did I fuck up on now. This unacceptable language first of all but I explain to him that i received the wrong order. I waited for my new order and I'm just glad it was correct but I would not be coming to this location ever again due to the terrible service and lack of management there. Raising Cane's chicken fingers are as good as they say they are! I'm doing low-carb this week so I just ordered the fingers no fries. I really wanted the slaw but they couldn't get it straight so I just went with the fingers. The chicken fingers were hot, fresh, lightly battered, delicious and the honey mustard sauce might be the best one I've ever tried. The service was NOT good. First of all, they have way too many staff members outside. It's like a bunch of people out there getting in the way of driving and they're rude. Only the guy who took my order in the end was decent, but still couldn't figure out how to charge me for the coleslaw and the fingers. I haven't been inside yet, but I found the place to be clean and the process of getting through long line was efficient . I will be back. I want to try more items from the menu! read more

Me and my boyfriend drove 30 minutes to come here to eat. We used the drive thru. We waited patiently in line for our turn at the speaker, placed our order and gave it the name Jay. We then paid and headed to the next window. There was a young boy wearing a red cast on his arm working the second window. At first he gave us our drinks , and we noticed it was the wrong drinks so we corrected him. He even repeated it and said "Oh two half and half's!" And we said yes so he proceeded to give us a new drink. We then drove away and parked in the parking lot to eat. When we opened the bag we noticed that it said the name "Perry" on the front and not Jay. So then my boyfriend went back inside with the bags, which had the straws in them. While i was waiting in the car for him i didn't have any straws so i didn't try the drinks, and i didn't think i needed to because he had already corrected his mistake, or so i thought. Then my boyfriend finally comes back with the right order, and once i get my hands on the straws and finally try the drinks, we realize that the drinks are wrong too!! It was a whole bunch of young boys working there and i genuinely feel that that's part of the reason why they messed up my whole order. Teenagers should not be put in charge of running a whole restaurant. And on top of that our orders were so simple too, and we were very polite. It's not fair at all. Just hit up the new location and wow, this place is spotless. Brand new, super clean, everything still has a fresh shine. You walk in and it just feels good. The girl at the register? Absolute legend. Super enthusiastic, smiling ear-to-ear, made the ordering part actually fun (which is rare these days). You can hear the kitchen crew in the back yelling "HEARD!" every time an order comes in - that energy lets you know they're on point and the food's about to be fire Got the 3 Finger Combo and every single piece was hot and juicy - perfectly cooked. The best Cane's chicken I've ever had. Fries were fresh-cut and seasoned just right, Texas toast was buttery perfection (I could eat ten of those), and the Cane's sauce... well, it's Cane's sauce. I came here after hearing my daughter talk about this place when she saw it hyped on social media. I ended up getting the three finger combo and was pleasantly surprised at the taste. Comparing to it Popeyes and chick-fil-a, I actually preferred these tenders! They were nice and juicy, and had a lot of flavors. (I was also very hungry at this time so I can't say if my opinion is skewed or not). The Cane sauce was also very good, don't know what was in it, but it was tasty. (It's a plus that I don't have any allergies because here I am eating things that I have no idea what is in them) There wasn't a long wait, especially for this being a newly opened location. They were tasty, but nothing to brag about. The portion of fries would have been laughable if it cost less. The Texas toast was tasty, but not crispy. The coke was excellent. Very busy location as they just recently opened. Overall I feel they're doing a good job handling the crowds. The service is pretty good however you do need to expect to wait cause a lot of people been going since they opened unless you find some off hours to go. The food is pretty good overall, the fries not so much. Fries are maybe average. The bread is always delicious and probably one of my favorite things. The menu is limited. Got the tenders combos with coleslaw to-go. Everything was very fresh and delicious. Went around 6:30 pm on a Monday evening and no wait or rush. It was our first time trying Raising Cane's and yes their signature sauce is very good! * little side note: yes the size of some of the tenders were much smaller than others but "shrinkflation" has been happening for all the restaurants around our area for some time now, so my review is not going to complain about amount versus cost.
