However, the most fair rating would be inside because the chicken would be unaffected by the elements. At this point, I had to ask myself "Who do I want to be? The guy doing things for views, or the guy doing it for the love and integrity of the game." I decided to do it outside, but when I opened the door to a gust of bone chilling wind, I had to call an audible. I just knew doing it inside was the right thing. Good vs evil is a battle we all must fight every single day. This fried chicken was SMACKIN. Nice crunch on the exterior, with the breast even being tender and juicy.
