WAWA has all your normal convenience store food and drink options, but they also offer handmade sandwiches, smoothies, coffee, paninis and sides made fresh in front of you per order. Their subs are above average, and their breakfast wraps are always excellent. They have pre-made breakfast sandwiches called "sizzlies" but, if you have time, I recommend ordering a handmade breakfast wrap. Every time I place and order or someone I know orders from this store they get the order wrong. This is the worst wawa in the area. They failed to give me what I ordered and substituted my items because "truck just came in" and gave me $5 worth of items when I order $10 worth. I purposely didn't order everything I wanted because I'm so used to them fucking it up. I would have gladly waited til truck arrived to get what I ordered. What a terrible excuse and terrible customer service. The bitch on the phone said if "you ordered before truck then yea" I responded "so that explains why I got these items" bitch response "yea" I hung up the fucking phone what kinda answer is that? And why the fuck do they substitute shit without asking people that's a terrible ass way to play with peoples money and time especially when it comes to they food. I love the coffee area which is always well stocked and the automated kiosk food ordering system Wawa has. People always seem to be goo-goo for Wawa. I understand why. Wawa has always done a solid job of providing food that doesn't change in quality no matter which one you visit. This visit goes for opening week. There is a gentleman who works there, I wish I knew his name, he took the time when it was crazy busy to go above and beyond. I am currently on crutches with a cast on my foot and even though I said I could do it (which is true to a point since it just takes me much longer with certain things) he carries my food to my car opens my doors and makes sure I get my crutches in and seated safely. My faith in humanity was restored when he did this. This man went way above and beyond and deserves recognition for it. I told the manager on duty later but also wanted it to be known via yelp. Very cool situation. Also, the meatball subs and cheese stuffed pretzels are awesome! read more

Stopped in today to try the hype! Ordered Mocha Frapp & Caramel Chocolate Chip one too, were okay for a the price I guess. Tasted like Chocolate Milk with coffee extract, nothing amazing! I'm a fan of Mc'Ds mocha Frappe( decided it's time to cut the habit) so this was definitely no competition! The coffee was ok, very light in flavor compared to others. It was clean tasting not like dirt as so many other chains! Picked up 4 donuts, around $6 bucks. The store was clean and well organized, BIG plus in my book. Staff friendly and store not too crowded. All in all ok stop but would not buy the Frapps again.. Coffee, maybe if I forget mine at home and need a quick one! I've visited Wawa's in New jersey but this Wawa located in Riviera is so clean,convenient and has the best prices on gas in the area. Do not use your credit or debit cards at this store. I had 2 credit cards used multiple times in one day by an unauthorized person and it seems like they don't ID anybody. I don't know if they steal the credit card information at the pump or inside the store but either way stay far away from here. I am not using awa ever again in any state. read more

I have been there 3 times and have found the staff very rude. Today the cashier did not even speak to me, did not greet me or even tell me how much my purchased cost. I had no idea she had even rung up my purchase as the lady in front of me was taking some extra time after paying to get her things. The cashier only held out her hand to take my prepaid WaWa card to lean over the counter and swipe it. She did not speak when I mentioned that I had no way of knowing that she had rung me up she did not speak. I had to mention it a second time and she only said "have a nice day" and that "it was too early in the morning" (to speak to me I guess.) one of the other times I had to wait for the cashier to admire the hair style of the person in front of me and ask where she had it done, then even after she rung me up I had to wait for her to take a drink from her coffee and hear her complain about how cold it was to take my money. the store is ok, the staff seems to not care and don't seem to want to be there. read more

I went to this WAWA 3 days ago to get some gas and grab something to eat. The gas price was very cheap so I filled up my tank. Went inside to get a Panini and in less that 2 hours I became very sick. My stomach was hurting so much that I had to leave work. The pain lasted for 3 days and there was no Tums or Petobismol that will make it go away. I highly recommend not to eat here....The gasoline that they sell is not the best either. I usually go about 360 miles on a full tank from Shell.....with the gas from WAWA I only went 310...they lost me as a customer and I will never set foot on any of these stores. read more
