I've been unofficially trespassed from the store by the Robertsdale Police Department. I was there at the Robertsdale location a month or so ago and one of the associates called me a nigger multiple times under her breath. I came home to call Corporate and immediately made a report. Corporate said they'd look into it. When I went back in a few days later at about 2:00 AM the store manager Brandy asked me about it and I told her what happened. Upon me leaving the store manager Brandy had her husband follow me home which was less than 200 paces from the front door of the Cefco location at 75 mph on a back street and yelled out the window nigger to me. This is on the Cefco cameras and cameras on a local storefront of this managers boyfriend trying to run me off the road and calling me a nigger. I contacted the police and they said they would open an investigation. The next day after Brandy's harassment and assault, The Robertsdale Police Department came to my home and informally trespassed me without any paperwork. I went in tonight just to find out what was the result of these things and the young man working tonight confirmed, the district manager sent a mass text saying I was no longer allowed in the store because of my complaint about racism and that if I had an issue I could contact the local police department which I'll be doing the first thing in the morning. I will also be seeking legal counsel against this particular location and Cefco Inc. for racial discrimination. As an African-American I want you all to understand that the system here in America is crooked and wicked in the south and that they get away with these types of assaults every day with no repercussions. Cefco has responded to my last review and said that they were looking into it however no one has. Please take your business elsewhere to anyone that is driving on Highway 59 north or south in Robertsdale, Alabama.

I then think to call Advance and by Gods grace Rodney Calo answers the call. Me nor my mother have ever met Rodney but he went above and beyond, even getting a mechanic friend of his to go out with him to help fix the SUV for my mom so she could make it home before dark. I know that this is not in Rodney's job description but his willingness to go above and beyond his call of duty is the very reason that my family will only shop with Advance Auto Parts. I had to send someone else up there to get it and when Mike would not honor the lifetime warranty the person I sent called me. I asked to speak to the salesman. At first said he didn't want to talk to me. Then finally he got on the phone and told me that he would not replace it when the salesman the day before said that he would and just because I didn't know the salesman's name that I talked to he wouldn't do it. I have my receipt and all. I go to advance alot to get my parts over any other parts store. Not anymore!!! This is not the first bad experience I've had with that particular store.

We have a 2003 Class C Fleetwood Jamboree and were towing a CRV. We were hooking up the tow and had major problems with the connection. We went inside to the service department and Caroline met up to assist us. At first we thought it was the 7 to 5 connector but after further discussion were unsure. She offered to come outside and test the power coming from the rig. Long story short it was decided to take the rig back and do a diagnostic test to confirm exactly what was going on. Big shout out to all the folks that helped: Brian, Shannon, Wes, Dave, Ron, Caroline, and the awesome service tech's who completed the work Scott and Todd - you guys ROCK!!!!! The issue was resolved and repaired in record time!! Pricing was VERY reasonable and these 2 retired Army Vets want to say THANK You! WE appreciated the customer oriented attitudes, technical expertise, promptness of service and understanding of expediting the work so we could get on the road to head back home. I've purchased a few items for my Travel Trailer from Camping World at a different location, but…read morethis is the first time I've needed them for service. Mariah is a goddess! My travel trailer lost a wheel on I-65 about 3 miles from the Hwy. 59 exit. After sitting along the interstate for 4 hours, and several attempts to find a towing service we were finally able to get it towed to the Camping World in Robertsdale AL by 6:00 pm on a Monday. Tuesday morning we went in to see if they would be able to fix it and how long it would take. That's when we met Mariah! She took a few notes, inspected the damage and immediately got 2 service technicians out to look at it as well. Mariah said to give her time to call around to see if they could get parts, and she would stay in touch. I got several calls with updates through the morning and by early afternoon she called with an estimate for cost and timing. By 3:00 the trailer was repaired and we were back in the road to our destination. We anticipated it would take several days and drain our budget. Mariah got us back on the road in 6 hours (from when they opened on Tuesday morning.) and the cost was reasonable as well. She deserves a raise!
