After merging onto I-75 north bound I quickly got up to speed, it was a little before 9:00 PM and traffic was moving a little over 80 mph and all three lanes were still congested from rush hour. This highway is a good example of what I dislike about this side of the state, I guess if I was retired and didn't have to venture out during the morning and even rush hours I may consider moving here being I love the gulf waters over the Atlantic side. Just as I settled in for the ride I realized I needed to fuel up before crossing the state so I exited once I saw the sign for this station. The exit is not lit and with pouring rain it can be a little difficult to maneuver when exiting at a high rate of speed. The first curve forced me to scrub most of my speed but I had to immediately get back in it to cross the (3) lanes while merging to get all the way left to turn into the station - note to file this seems to be a popular spot for the "Road Ranger" (sponsored by State Farm) I'm not sure what the attraction is but I did notice (2) during my short visit maybe "donuts"? I don't know how old this Racetrac is but it's very clean and the fuel prices were competitive. Getting in and out is very easy and the parking lot and fuel Islands are well lit. It's doubtful I'll ever become a regular here but I'd stop in if the opportunity presented itself again...

It's clean, so well-stocked and it has carts-which I need, since I always leave with an unexpected find-or three! It's been my pharmacy for years... I've also gotten several immunizations here... and they have a huge health/medical selection... everything from eye drops for my niece's pink eye to my mom's cinnamon pills. They also have a really large beauty section-which reminds me, I need foundation and makeup sponges. Hallmark cards? They've got a long aisle of them! Vitamins? Tons! Snacks-oh yeah, my photos tell that story-and a great candy aisle. You can also find everything from hand warmers to great holiday items. And when everyplace else was sold out on toilet paper at the height of the pandemic-and bottled water before hurricane Irma, I found both here. You might have to do a u-turn to get in here, depending on which way you're coming from, but it's totally worth it. They give coupons and there's a rewards program. Plus, they have lots of parking, extensive hours, a drive-thru prescription window and hey, their own liquor store, right next door. Unless I get hung up in the latter... I'm in and out of here in a flash. Look for me at the checkout-I'll be the one with laundry detergent, wrapping paper, popcorn, Bottle Caps, etc etc

I place his order before leaving the house when I got there I put which spot I was in and it took about five minutes for my order to come out. They did forget a straw but as a mom, I always carry extra when we got back to the house. I unpackaged my daughter's kids meal, and what I saw was the saddest chicken tenders I ever seen. They were extremely dry and rubbery. Im not sure if it was a bad batch but I wouldn't order them again.

You literally drive your car though and there a coolers on both sides of you. A runner comes up to you, asks what you'd like, puts it in your car and gives you a slip that you hand to the cashier at the very end. They also have the state lottery and cigarettes...it's pretty neat to see and experience. Oh, and they offer pickled eggs too!
