Professionalism aside, Jennifer is probably one of the nicest people you can ever meet. She always welcomes me with such a great smile and infectious enthusiasm and energy. It's always so great seeing her. Her room is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. She does what she can to accommodate, whether it be temperature of the room to the temperature of the waxes she uses. Really nice, quiet, peaceful space... and very comfortable (and heated!) massage table. I went in with back problems and massive stress from some of the hardest weeks of my life. Tiana's work was fantastic and I could feel the pain and stress melt away. I definitely dozed off for a moment I got relaxed so quickly. The polish selection was minimal. During the pedicure, no dead skin or cuticles were removed around my nails, and there was no foot or leg massage. I also had polish left on my skin, and I was immediately asked to get out of the chair without giving my nails time to dry. The pedicure was more expensive than other shops I've had where I actually received all of those services The Corner Salon was lacking. Very disappointing experience, especially for a birthday treat. I went to mystic salon because my regular nail salon wasn't available. I left the salon extremely…read moredisappointed and spent $60 on these nails. I wanted a french tip and she absolutely did not know what she was doing. The French tip is extremely uneven and see through-ish. Not enough coats. She then left acrylic underneath the nail of my middle finger on my right hand. I had my set of nails done from another salon but had my middle finger (right hand) and my pointer finger (left hand) nails had fallen off so I had them put back on at mystic. These 2 nails she replaced aren't filed smoothly and they're extremely uneven. The actual acrylic that is a pink color is uneven and different on each nail. These are so genuinely awful I'm so disappointed. First and last time going to mystic. Do not recommend.
