Today toes were cut down uneven, she tried to fix it and made them super short and still uneven. The lady helping me was distracted doing other things in the middle of my pedicure, I came in for my 3:00 appt, got helped at 3:20 and left and 4:40. I got my nails filled here once on June 13th and that will be my last time. I called and made appointments ahead of time for a friend and I to have gel fills at 3pm. We arrived on time and had to wait 45 minutes before they took us. Obviously they either overbooked or accepted walk ins, not honoring our appointments scheduled by phone. Not a great first impression, but made the most of the situation by catching up with my friend. Well apparently the gentleman doing my nails thought I was so preoccupied in conversation that he thought I didn't notice that he completely neglected to file down my nails before painting them. They looked super lumpy once he started painting it. I thought, hmmm... odd. I kept hoping for the best and continued chatting with my friend. I was preoccupied with my chat but not so much that I didn't catch him trying to correct his mistakes by filing down the surface of my lumpy nails AFTER the gel polish was applied. I was thinking this is ridiculous. Not only having us wait for almost an hour even though we scheduled ahead.... Then he rushed and painted again after filing the bumps down. It was a sweltering hot day and there was no A/C in the facility, at least it wasn't turned on. At this point I didn't want to sit around and wait any more or have them fix anything. It wasn't the worst nail set I've ever had but it was pretty close. I will not be going back. 2 stars because at least the decor was pretty and relaxing, and the people were nice and offered a beverage. But when I'm paying over $60 for a fill (not including the tip), I expect a lot more. Don't waste your time. The chrome powder was an extra $10 or $15 bucks. read more

Had a wedding on Saturday, made an appointment the day before -- it was mu first time there and didn't request a specific person. When I got there Kim did my pedi and dip -- my nails are absolutely gorgeous. I haven't had my nails done in over a year and she spent so much time with me. Today was my first time here. I had a mostly enjoyable Deluxe pedicure. Friendly staff. The massage, hot towel, exfoliation, etc was great. The nail tech was nice. BUT, I didn't notice until I got home that the nails were not evenly shaped. There was some sharp angled shaped nails. A lot of the nails were not shaped the same. The most obvious difference was the nails of both big toes were differently shaped. Pros: I called at 3 pm and asked if they had an opening at 4 pm for a pedi. They were able to accommodate me at short notice Friendly service Everything was great except the shaping Felt clean Cons: Inconsistent nail shaping on most toes Crooked/sharp cut nails Color on the swatch (#5 Neon Pink) appeared a little different on me, more of a coral than the pink on the swatch I had to reshape my nails at home A bit of a disappointment given I can cut and shape my nails more evenly than what I was given. Wanted to come here to treat myself out to a mani-pedi because I've never had one before. My birthday is coming up and I just finished grad school so I have a lot to celebrate and I wanted to treat myself! It was incredibly relaxing and such a wonderful environment. First, I was welcomed by Dannys son - an adorable second grader. He took me to my seat and set up the water for the pedicure. The chairs were amazing - you can get a chair massage while getting a pedicure. I wanted try out the signature pedicure and it was amazing. The guy who helped with the pedicure was Danny's brother. He did the cleaning, the scrub, the massage, etc! Then eventually Danny took over with the polish for the pedicure and then continued my manicure, as well. I ended up getting French tips to see what it could possibly look like for my wedding. I think it turned out lovely but I definitely want to see my nails in different colors! This place was so relaxing, they offered sparking water which was so refreshing, and Danny, his brother, and son are so friendly nice and funny!
