Phenomenal experience!! Everything was extremely clean and sanitized. Cam took her time and did an exceptional job on my pedicure. They were very accommodating considering I had a 4 month old with me. Tamy was able to fix my nails because they were previously done incorrectly on the beach side way too thin one was broken. She did an amazing job & wonderful massage. I am very picky considering I've been getting my nails done since the 80s and I like them to last for a month. read more

I came here due to the rating and reviews wa very disappointed. While the tech was friendly until she was upset my foot hit the stool only path and she had to repaint 4 nails. Then had some difficulty getting hands right. It felt like she got in hurry after doing full pedicure then gel nails. It looks bad!! I would tell you how wonderful the massages are, but I don't want to try and compete for appointments with you! . All I will say is.....you won't find a better massage in Panama City! Can I give 0 stars? I paid 65 dollars on my pedicure ALONE. It looks like a 5 year old did my toes. The shaping is horrendous. I showed them the picture of how I wanted the shape mind you the second picture is their SECOND attempt trying to make it decent. The first time she said I was finished my big toe was half acrylic and half toe I'm like what? I asked the lady to please fix it and that's the best they could do was give me a slanted right big toe and a raised square left one, with a horrible paint job and none of my others toes filed correctly. Highly disappointed and wish I could get my 65 dollars back this is unacceptable. read more

The ladies here were so kind . Called ahead to make sure they had room for a spa pedicure with gel on a Tuesday afternoon. They asked me to arrive in 15. I walked in, they got me seated and took care of me the rest of the time. They did make sure my mask was on properly, had plexiglass separating us in the stalls. They made everyone wash their hands upon entering. My technician was young, thin Vietnamese lady with long dark hair. We chatted the whole time about my travels to Vietnam. Very great place. My gel pedicure looks great and they scrubbed the heck out of my feet. Def recommend. $50 seems like a good price for a gel pedicure. read more

I don't ever leave reviews but I'm a little aggravated lol I saw all of these amazing reviews so I decided to make an appointment. I got a gel pedicure, which maybe lasted 10 minutes. I got my fake nails popped off, a quick manicure, no polish, not even clear. My total was $73 dollars before a tip. So if you wanna pay almost $100 for those things then I say go for it. (I will always still tip for their time, which wasn't long, but I digress.) Gel instead of regular polish is a $20 dollar add on btw read more

Like most people, I'm new to town and needed a new place for nails and waxing. This one was close to the Air Force base and had positive reviews, so I thought I'd give it a try. I had a really good first experience. I got my toe nails done and my eyebrows waxed. The woman did a fantastic job on both. Nobody ever asked me to upgrade or add anything on. For both services it was only $30 which to me is very affordable! The only thing I can say is that the waxing area is the pedicure chair at the very end of one of the rows. I'm used to going to a back room, but since the do massages here as well they might not have a separate room for waxing. If I was waxing my lip or face I would definitely feel awkward, but I'm pretty shy! Otherwise I think this place is great and will continue to come back. read more

I walked in and they were really friendly , quick and thorough , they had to take off my acrylic nails first and then do a mani with gel . They have a lot of color options ! I arrived about 5 minutes early and was told.. you scheduled for 10:30-10:40. I said is 11 good and was told yes. I arrived at 10:55 and was not greeted. The customer who came after me was greeted and asked if she had a appointment. About 8 minutes later Kim walks up and says do have an appointment. I replied as stated above.. she was said when did you call? I just left an hour ago... if there was a mix up don't you think you could have told me then instead of taking two hours off work. Even though, the website says they close at 7, they turned us away at 5:55 saying they were done for the night. My daughter started crying and I was upset because we got our hopes up. i saw all the rave reviews and i was excited to try a nail salon closer to home. I use Bliss Nails which are great. I just don't like i have to drive across town to reach them. I walked in and tried this place for the first time. I was seated right away and i told the older lady what i wanted. I asked for French tips. I wanted to put a sticker decoration on it. She said okay. After a little bit, she told me that the stickers were bad and they peel. I told her the lady i used in New Mexico had no issues with the stickers on my nails and made it look great. Turns out the NM lady used the 3d nail style and was able to do it. They don't do that here apparently. She was very frustrated and tried after i told her not to put it on and add nail polish on top. Waste of nail stickers. But what upset me is that the older lady not only cut me 3 times and filed my skin (very painful), the clear polish was uneaven. One of the nails, she didn't put the french tip down far enough and it's still showing the nail underneath. i needed a pedicure so i went ahead and got that done. $60.00 for bad service though. I was very unhappy with my visit and went to bliss pedicure spa to fix the issue. They fixed my nails and actually put a cute small decoration on my nails. i loved it. i'm staying with Bliss Pedicure Spa and not returning to Vayla's. Ever. read more

All of the girls are so sweet and kind and the salon is clean. I love coming in here and do so every 2 weeks or so. Le does an amazing job and her attention to detail is what keeps me coming back!
