I know a good doctor when I find one, as my father was a general practitioner , one of the founders of Hillcrest Hospital , and practice till he was 92 years old ! I grew up teething on medical magazines, and I have worked in hospitals and doctors offices myself. I was first with Audrey, she repeatedly restated my situation incorrectly so not listening. For example I said I didn't have any friends I felt I could discuss my situation with so she repeated back that I had a good support system. She canceled our next appointment day of so I left a vm to reschedule. Office took weeks to call back. 2nd try was a CNP as Audrey left, when CNP are not trained as therapists. She warned me a drug rep may enter, so not HIPAA compliant. I just wanted someone to listen, but she talked the entire time making false assumptions and suggestions I had already tried. 3rd appt I had a work emergency come up so I was forced to late cancel. I was charged a late notice fee of $75 when the office had done the same to me already, was I supposed to charge a late notice fee? Life happens to everyone. The office is also pretty hard to reach. Sadly I do not recommend this office.
