He will either see me or get back to me via MyChart messages right away. If he's out of the office, another provider will take care of me. I mean, what can you say about a doctor? He's caring, gentle, he listens, he works with me and my specialists on my myriad of medical problems. He tells it like it is, he won't sugar coat. So if you're looking for a doctor to coddle you, it's not Wu. Though, this isn't to say he's a mean, crochety type that'll yell at you if you didn't renew your prescription or lose that weight. But he will bring it up. The only bad thing is, he's so good that he's pretty full. Sometimes you have to wait awhile to get in. And he's not always accepting new patients. Though, for me and a co-worker he took a family member when we mentioned it.

My gas was about to be disconnected because I couldnt afford the bill. I asked my sons pediatrician, Dr.Kacir, to sign a medical necessity form in order to keep my gas on until I could come up with the money. He refused, stating that he did not do that sort of thing!! Its like he did not care whether or not my son had hot water or electricity! I dont know about you, but I don't want a pediatrician that doesn't care about my children to prescribe medication for them.

This is a rare character trait in a doctor nowadays. She remembers the smallest antidote from your last visit that may have relevance to your current discussion. This really impressed me. It shows she really listens. Southwest Family Physicians has a great website. If you are a patient there is a "Patient Protal" where you can even email your doctor. I actually used this service and got an immediate reply from the doctor's office. The doctor was out of the office on vacation but I still was contacted back by her. Amazing, a doctor calling me back while she was on vacation. I never heard of that before. If you can't get an appointment to see your own physician on the day you call, you are always given the option to see one of the other doctors. WOW, what a novel idea, getting seen when you are sick, not weeks later. Also, through the "Patient Portal" you have access to your current chart, list of medications, past appointments, your medical history and your general account information. All great stuff to have on hand. Their website also has a blog that posts information on current health topics. All in all I am so glad to have found Dr. Biglow. She is a godsend. I have not gone to any other doctor in the practice, but I understand they are all very accommodating and have great personalities. I highly recommend Dr. Biglow at Sourthwest Family Physicians.

She makes you feel instantly comfortable and she just gives off the vibe as a very strong, intelligent woman. This first appointment was basically a "meet & greet" or "evaluate" appointment. I was sent here by my spinal surgeon. The hope is to alleviate my symptoms to avoid cervical spine surgery. I spoke with a Nurse first and then a PA or resident. Then, I met Dr Hayek. The whole appointment was weird. As I seem to have multiple issues within my cervical spine, no sure thing was concluded. We decided on a diagnostic nerve block approach for the worst and most troubling concern. I will undergo that procedure next week. At my next visit, I will update my review to include both visits.

He makes you feel that he genuinely cares, even though Cleveland Clinic only allows him 15 minutes with you. I always feel better when I leave his office. I needed a PCP for My first job and he was located I'm Lyndhurst where I bought my new home. Dr Isakov is truely not only a special doctor with extensive knowledge...but a special person too!! His staff is very busy and are truely a pleasure to work with...from the Physician Assistants ...to The nurses...to the office staff...all top notch!! I recently started going to this facility when my doctor moved to Metro. It is always clean and…read moreorderly. Everyone I have encountered has been friendly and helpful. The building is broken up by a North and South side with separate entrances. Though you can still access each side from the interior. There is ample parking in the front and rear of the building and they have a first floor pharmacy. I've expanded to some other departments thanks to the ease and speed of scheduling and the care I've received has been amazing.

I chose today because I was off and the time was convenient. Only myself and another person who was there before me was waiting. We were met with "did y'all have an appointment" very stern and funky. Fast forward, when taking my blood you could feel her agitation. She gave me a card for the appointment line that I didn't ask for. Then after taking my blood I was going to hold the cotton over the site while she did whatever and I was met with "I got it" in another funky tone. While I completely understand, the frustration of being met with patients that don't have an appointment on a daily basis, I don't feel that her response to us was warranted.
