The staff was friendly but the salon was a mess. The station I sat at was covered in dust and the protective shield up from Covid was covered in splatters and stains. The light for the gel polish was also filthy. They didn't put a towel down or any sort of wrist rest and I left covered in nail dust. For $70, I would highly recommend finding another spot to go. I'm 70 years old and I explained to her that I didn't want my brows to look like a 25-year-old! My brows are very sparse from age and over-plucking since my teens (my mother warned me!) and I wanted to have something soft. Arta explained her procedures to me, and I decided on Powder Brows, for the soft look I was after. I'm very pleased with the outcome! They are in the healing stage, about 9 days after the procedure. She set me up with everything I'd need for aftercare and I will contact Arta in a week or so to have her check it out and do any touch-up, which is included in the price.
