They made me wait even after I had an appointment for approx 30 mins. They do take walk-ins. The service was satisfactory but not pleasant. The aesthetician talked on the phone the whole time and went in and out the door. The service was rushed and pricey. I would rather choose a chain salon for that price. They offer a variety of services. My experience might be an individual experience as it depends on the aesthetician and service chosen please be mindful of that.

Also, last time that I asked for sugaring, they gave me a waxing which was extremely painful and still tried to charge me for the sugaring.
