This is an excellent Eyebrow place, I have been coming here for years, all of the women do quality work. I usually get threading and tinting done but they do everything from facials, waxing, laser treatments and even sell products like castor oil and accessories. Overall this is my last option to do to because the price makes sense for the service but if you go here i do recommend to get the 100% best service is to ask for the owner to tend to your eyebrows.Honestly do feel like the other employees dont care how well your eyebrows came out. I found this spa on Groupon. My initial thoughts when walking in was the color scheme choice was terrible. I believe the walls were orange and lavender. However, the staff were friendly and pleasant. My facial was okay, as my face felt clean afterwards. I wish they were less aggressive and would slow down. I understand the facial specialist kids were yelling and screaming on the other side of the facial room but my facial massage was being done at the speed of light. It was very uncomfortable and hard to relax with so much friction to your face. Also, the clean up of the mask wasn't done properly. There was green mask in my hair, on my ears, neck, eyelash and up my nose. However, this place has great prices and a nice staff! read more

Not gonna lie...Waking up with false eyelashes makes you feel pretty damn beautiful (unless they do a shit job of course) The owner did my eyelashes, and they came out incredible. I wanted to wait 2 weeks to write the review to see how they would hold up -- so far, its been 2.5 weeks, I've been to 2 weddings AND I went jetskiing and they still look great. 3.2 stars!!!!! My boyfriend and I wanted to get our eyebrows threaded and this close to his house. There was a lot of street parking and free parking in the back. We walk to the door and we see what looks like the owners family. A man bare foot and two kids playing with their dog. I felt that was very unprofessional. However, the ladies in there did a very good job threading eyebrows. They shaped my eyebrows beautiful and did a very good job doing my boyfriend's eyebrows also. They didn't make them look too feminine which is good. One negative thing is they try really hard to up sale you with facials which is was a little annoying. Eyebrow threading is $5 which is a decent price. However, they need to be less aggressive with up selling. read more

I was here for the first time Wednesday July 25th and they did an awesome job on my eye brows so I made an appointment for the next day for my lashes. HUGE mistake, irk of it was the quality of lash and/or glue they use but I needed up pulling the lashes out that night which caused me to basically lose all of my own eye lashes. I am VERY disappointed that I wasted $30 bucks on lashes and didn't even have them for a day, and I'm even more upset that I now have no lashes. I'm literally crying looking at myself in the mirror! This place is absolutely ridiculous. They are so unprofessional its insane. Im so surprised they have so many reviews. I called at 11:30 am to make an appointment with POLLY to have a lash lift and lash tint for 5pm on a FRIDAY. I arrived, they were looking around and she came up to me and said they don't have the supplies. ON A FRIDAY NIGHT I was stuck without the services I booked for. I wasted my whole day and now I couldn't find anyone else to do it at such short notice. I am disgusted and upset. I had an important event to go to. The price for thread and wax is amazing, however, I give this place a two star rating because one, they never get the eyebrow shape I want even though I show them a picture of how I want my eyebrows and two, there's this new girl I believe and I recently did my eyebrows with her and it turned out really bad. I told her to cut the hairs outside my eyebrows in order to reduce the wax pain and also my eyebrows are thick, but she ended up trimming my brows and it didn't even look even. She can't wax and thread properly. Other than that, a lot of the women there that did my brows barely clean it and I always point out that they missed a spot. Also, my left brow never match with my right brow. So now, I'm just plucking my own eyebrows from now on. read more
