I was referred to Lucy by a friend and knew when the time was right I'd let her work her magic on my vag lol I reached out to her last minute one Friday and she came in early to accommodate me. Her salon is in my 'hood so I was there in no time at all. Her space is so cute and clean with lots of feminine added touches. I've been coming to Lucy for over a year. She is the only person I trust with my eyebrows. I truly appreciate her work. I was so obsessed with making my eyebrows "even and perfect" that I ended up over-plucking them and making them look way too straight. I found Lucy on Instagram and decided to grow my brows for 6 months before coming to see her. Best thing I ever did!!! My eyebrows are not the easiest to work with. The hairs are thin and the tails are sparse, plus they don't have a natural archly shape. I usually have to use make up to elongate the tails and create an arch. Lucy shaped them the way I wanted them to look so now I don't spend so much time shaping them with make up! She takes her time with clients while being efficient. Lucy is incredibly efficient, fast and excellent. I found her years ago when she was working at European Wax Spa in El Cerrito Plaza. She was hands down the best waxer they had.
