Ivy is super kind and does a beautiful job on nails, and Kathy is amazing for pedicures--very thorough and attentive. The salon itself is spacious, airy, and not overcrowded like many other nail salons. The seating is comfortable but still stylish, which makes the whole experience feel more relaxing. Such a cute nail spa! Our large group of moms and daughters visited Pure Bliss on a weekend and each person had different services (some did hands only, some feet only, and others both). The spa attendants were very friendly and accommodating. My daughter was a little frustrated because she had to wait really long for a pedicure, because while our group was there other customers were coming in so they had to juggle to meet all customer needs. I thought the pedicure was nice, they do not do as much pampering as some other spas, but it was still very relaxing. I like that they offered us free drinks (not sure if that's normal or if it wD a one-time thing). The prices are reasonable. I called to get a quote for a fill. I was asked to send a pic of my current nails so that they could determine the price. I was given a $50 quote. I went in and got a fill and cut down by Ivy. i was told that i would lose the current shape. However, the nails looked totally different when I left. I kept looking at them and 2 days later I called and said that I wasn't satisfied with the outcome. They were lumpy, not completely polished. She said I could come in to get them fixed on Saturday. I went in and got a polish change on my toes. I didn't realize that I should have gotten the same color that was on my nails. I was told that I had to get the same color that I chose before. if you had to take the polish off, fix the nails and polish them again, what difference does the color make. They wanted to charge me an extra $25. No thank you!!!! read more
