I've had manicures, pedicures, and gel extension tips, and I've been happy with all of my services. Ivy is super kind and does a beautiful job on nails, and Kathy is amazing for pedicures--very thorough and attentive. The salon itself is spacious, airy, and not overcrowded like many other nail salons. The seating is comfortable but still stylish, which makes the whole experience feel more relaxing. They also offer drinks and snacks, which is a nice touch--I enjoyed a mimosa during my visit and left feeling good and pretty. Parking is easy, which is always a plus. My gel x extensions always last long and I love that I don't have to do acrylic anymore. My pedicures are always gorgeous and the service here is just great. Now my family and I come in for pedis and sometimes mimosas or shots lol. Such a cute nail spa! Our large group of moms and daughters visited Pure Bliss on a weekend and each person had different services (some did hands only, some feet only, and others both). The spa attendants were very friendly and accommodating. My daughter was a little frustrated because she had to wait really long for a pedicure, because while our group was there other customers were coming in so they had to juggle to meet all customer needs. I thought the pedicure was nice, they do not do as much pampering as some other spas, but it was still very relaxing. I like that they offered us free drinks (not sure if that's normal or if it wD a one-time thing). The prices are reasonable. I have stopped coming here. Still a great place for pedicures, but I ran into too many issues with scheduling, communication, etc for regular nail appointments. I am not sure if the issue is related to a language barrier, or it might just be me personally not knowing the different types of gels.
